[Resolved]  Vodafone — improper deduction of balance

I,prakhar gupta is a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]).They deducted rs 200 from my account on basis of activation of any service which i never opted for..
inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response.wen i wantd to talk to superviser no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected. its very harrassing bein customer of such a big telecom company.

I have a life time mobile connection no [protected], taken from Gurgoan Maruti town ship shop in 2006. This connection is only working in Gurgoan & Delhi. My native is at Bareilly & during travelling phone goes out of service just crossing Delhi. However I always set network in manual mode through phone before crossing Delhi. But all had gone vain .Hence you are requested to look into the matter.

Really Vodafone is a cheating company, I recharge my daughter's mobile by using oxicash on 23/03/08 but till date vodafone not confirmed and balance is not displayed.
SO THIS IS HAPPENING WITH ALL THE VODAFONE CUSTOMERS.. MAY BE VODAFONE FINDS THIS A BETTER WAY OF MAKING MONEY BUT THIS INTELLIGENT VODAFONE COMPANY DOESN'T UNDERSTAND THAT IT WILL BE IN A GREAT LOSS BY DISAPPOINTING THE CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT..

I RECEIVED AN AUTOMATED CALL FROM VODAFONE 10 DAYS BACK..WHEREIN THEY ACTIVATED RADIO MUSIC STATION BY DEDUCTING RS. 50 FROM MY BALANCE..SINCE THAT DAY I AM SPEAKING TO VODAFONE REPRESENTATIVES DAILY.. AND SOME EXECUTIVES LIKE MANZOOR AZAM, DILSHAD ASSURED ME THAT IT WOULD BE REFUNDED IN THIS CASE.. BUT TODAY AT LAST VODAFONE HAS SHOWN ITS TRUE COLOUR.. A LADY BY THE NAME OF KULWINDER SAYING THAT- "as per our data, you activated the service yourself".. ALL BIG LIARS UNDER VODAFONE !!!

Hi I am having a vodafone (hutch karnataka) [protected] connection from past 5 years... I am still holding this number just because I dont want to change my number. but I think its time to change to some other providers like airtel, I agree to all the above mentioned complaints. Vodafone is testing our patients. please anyone can suggest me how to file a compliant against vodafone in the consumer court? Here are the problems I am facing.

1.everyday some amount is been deducted dont know for what they are deducting the amout

2. vodafone is charging 1 rupee per sms eventhough I have opted for 1 paisa per sms.

3. when I tried to call customer care, they wont try to attend the calls. I was getting the reply as soon as they recieve the calls as " thank you for calling vodafone have a nice day" lol

4. atlast trying for an hour i could speak with one girl, her response was funny, I asked her why u r deducting 1 rupee per sms, she said that its your fault.. lol

I, Mr. Videsh ([protected]) a prepaid custemer of Hutch (newly Vodafone). nearly from last week of march, my account started deduction of sum of Rs.3/-(Rupees three only). per day. I tried to call their customer care but couldn't. finally after long trying I got connected & lodge a complaint regarding the same.This has been repeated for four times, I had been assured all the time to sort out my problem, but they didn't work fast on my querry. As a result y the deduction of the said account balance continued. They also assured me that the whatever balanc have been deducted from my account will be returned back too me. The said problem was because of the system error it seems when I aproach them telliphonically. But till now I haven't got back the said amount.
i am coustmore o[censored]rs vodafone.i have vodafone no+[protected] which is no vodafone ireland.but i can not use this no in india .also i have credit of 20euro.plz sir also told that can i use my credit in indian rupees.i am going in ur priorty center two times .plz sir solve my problem immeditaly i shall be thankfull to you.

i found that vodafone is deducting the balance improperly as if i talk 54 or 55 or 56 or 57 or 58 seconds then they will charge for thenext call ie. for 1 minute & few seconds.

next problem is that when i was on roaming my balance was deduced to negative without calling anywhere.

Subject:- Non-activation of ACT ONE plan.

Reference to My Mobile No.[protected]. I am using this number last 9 months. 2 months ago I have recharged with Rs. 299/- and got lifetime validity. As on 25/4/2008 I have send a Sms for local call @ One Rupees. But scheme is not activated. Then I have re-send the Sms as on 5/4/2008 9.15 am. Then I call to customer care they told me we have not received any request from your side. Then I have re-send Sms as on 9/4/2008 7.26 am. But after doing all efforts the scheme is not activated. I made several calls to customer care as on 14/4/2008. I have talked with Miss Jatinder Kaur, Mr. Sunil & two another persons but have hold my calls for long time and could not do any thing and call was disconnected all times. After some time I have received a sms from your side “Hello your service registration is[protected], we shall respond your query by 18th April 2008 6.00 pm” My problem is not solved yet. I am very upset and unhappy. Tell me one thing what mistake I have done to Purchase a connection from Vodafone Company. I am using another numbers from Spice and Airtel but I have no compliant from them. You are ordered to solve this problem and refund my all money deducted by your company above charged at local calls. Other wise i made your complaint to media as well as to your company’s directors.

I wise in the light to above you will solve this problem at the earliest. This number is at my residence if you want any clarification then you will call before 8.00 am and after 8.00 pm. If you have no problem then calls me on[protected].

the problem is bigger when am on roaming n my balance deducted to even negative.
I M M Chougule my cell No. is ([protected]) using your card since last six month during this period I find that vodafone is launched only to make customer fool and by cheating earn money.It may be through any service.Vodafone cheat me twice yesterday i.e. on 20/04/2008 when in evening I made a call to friend. After ending call I find one message that is Caller tune has been activatvated on your vodafone Rs.30 will be deducted as monthly rental. Why if you don not have money then please go out of such kind of buseniness.You are simply earning money without doing anything.
Is this your policy or some thing else. Do not force me to do anything which will affect your NAME VODAFONE.hoping for best.
Vodafone is real crap. I disconnected the connection ([protected]) & they sent a retention guy. He gave me a very nominal & attractive plan & again started the services. To my surprise when I got the bill it was with the same old plan & the bill was for Rs 1600. They never cared abt it after I told them the issue. I wud just say tht they r Muggers...

Vodafone — Deduction of my credit balance for services im not opting

Im prepaid customer of vodafone number [protected] in delhi and i have been noticing that every other day they are sending messages regarding deduction from my credit balance as a rental for caller tune which i have never opted. They also never give option for discontinuing this particular added service. I have tried to reach customer care but for obvious reason either they never pick up or they are clueless regarding my complaint. i dont know why this mobile company has most cunning attitude in getting money from there customers and also they have put most incompetent and irresponsiple people sitting on the customer care benches.
i have a hutch prepaid connection. I was supplied sim which is old and out dated . It catches other providers and does not catch signals of hutch. When I went to Hutch Shopee in sector 19 chandigarh, They asked me to purchae new sim because they thought that I will pay to retain the number.
I have received an call from vodafone no- [protected].

I was offered the plan for corporate plan.

I told i already have corporate plan which is having 50 rs rental.

When i asked for the detail scheme. I was not entertained properly i was told that dont tell me about what you know just listen what i know. inspite of entertaining the customer. she gave bad words like idot.

Her name was Natasha called trough no. was - [protected].

I dont wana complain. i just want u to train them how to behave with customers.
i have one pre-paid connection of vodafone. i buy Rs. 100/- refill card from shop. but the time of clear the card, the pin code also clear. than i ask to vodaphone gelary at Sir. P.M. Road, fort that " may i get cradit for this amount and he told "Yes". & he told he entered in systems and i will get balance within 72 hours.

than after 5 days i went to that galary & ask for my balance but those persone (Mr Ranjeet not there that time) & one lady Miss Reshma told me that i will get balance credit within 24 hours.

This story now one month ago.
till today, i not got any balance credit from vodafone.

I JUST WANT TO TELL ONE THINK

THAT IS

VODAFONE SYSTEMS IS TOO BED & TOO POOR.
there is no one to help.

They only wear uniform that happy to help. but now there is noting.
