[Resolved]  Vodafone — improper deduction of balance

I,prakhar gupta is a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]).They deducted rs 200 from my account on basis of activation of any service which i never opted for..
inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response.wen i wantd to talk to superviser no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected. its very harrassing bein customer of such a big telecom company.

The guy named sachin keeps calling to make their sales pitch despite my repeated attempts to get them to stop. This seems to be getting out of hand. I would appreciate any assistance to get this to stop.

Vodafone — complaints on vodafone

always messeges r getting blocked uselss service...upto now i visited 100 times to vodafone office...this is a messege VODAFONE IS USELESS

VODAFONE (HUTCH) : CONNECTION — WRONG CHARGES , ON DEDUCTION, DISRUPTED THE SERVICES

Feb/March 2008 charged wrong charges of "Cricket", etc.., deducted accordingly month after month. After few months later stoped charging but the deducted amount is carried forward till date. Though I was regularly paying the bill in time but due to that deducted amount they started charging late payment charges. In March 2009, they stopped my outgoing services. I visited their office and as per their suggestion sent the e-mail to the suggested e-mail address. Within a day or two their executive visited and assured to restore the services on paying their due amt. On 16-03-09 they stopped all my services which resulted the heavy financial losses and inconvenience. This all happened just for Rs. approx. 800.00 when my credit limit is Rs. 9000.00. I wish not only the restoring of services but the compensation of losses I faced. Inspite of my two e-mail letters and personal visit to their local office till date my services are withheld.

hi,

i am very dissatisfied vith your cust care executives they are very rude on calls they disconnect the calls without solving my problems when ever i want to talk to senior executive they disconnect line directly

my second problem is incorrect amout decrement i am facing this problem from last one week
for ex i used some gprs after 3 days i have bal 18.25 suddenly it got changed into -34.25 i recharged with 100 rs balance came into 60rs next day in morning i got -40rs then i recharged with 50 after that i got -24.65 i am unable to understand this deduction
please inform

I received a call from the idea customer care at 10 A.M on 30/04/09.
The a person named praveen has given a knowledge to me regarding to
reduce the local and STD charges and he has not given any information that a amount will also be deducted in order to get this facility.
Now from my idea account 68 rupees are deducted without my permission and intimation while i did not want to avail this facility.

I am traumatized with this experience.

Please remove this facility on a urgent basis, also take the necessary actions against customer care executive.
