cancellation of caller tune
Self wants to cancel caller tones set on my phone. As per vodafone msg the "CAN CT" should be send to 50144. since 3 days am trying sending same to the above said number but my request is not processed. Without my willingness my caller tone is ocntinued i can say to get money. Does that mean now i have to change my hutch to some other good service givers. am using hutch since 6-7 years. kindly let me know how to get rid of this costly caller tune. how to deactivate it

By mistake one caller tune has been acticated on my phone. One days my friend call me on my mobile phone then only I came to know. Before, activation, the client should be asked about the caller tune.
Now I wants to cancell my caller tune at the earliest.

whats happening with Vodafone.Are you people running in search of lost dog or what.Today 19//04/2009 i was trying to deactivate my caller tune and to know the procedure i called up to customer care number and for about 10 minutes and 5 calls the machine ws continuosly saying with a recorded message please wait we will connect you to customer care with a pre recorded tone.I got irritated and stopped calling back.All of a sudden i received a message from 6789 saying was our vodafone IVR system helpful in solving your problem.These is happening with the customer care.This Vodafone is Shit Network Doesn't connect

I set a caller tune for 2 callers on my phone. but now i want to cancell it. i tried msging CAN CT to 114 but the msg couldnt be sent. a li'l while ago i tried to check my balance and it said minus 11 rupees. but now i am not able to check my balance. so does that mean that i cannot cancel my caller tunes untill i recharge my account?

I don't know how caller tune has been set to my mobile. It has been done without my permission. I think it has been done intentionally done by vodafone customer service agents. Even if I sms CAN CT to 144, next month it is being activated automatically. I don't know who is the culprit behind this. If this is going to continue, i am going to raise this issue to the consumer court. Kindly take the necessary and immediate action .

Last month i spoken with Vodafone Castmer care, i don't want to Callartoons, Cancell that, But Vodafone Castmer carerer sed some SMS and also he sed after one month later you can cancell sir, but i sed no i don't want any Toons, becouse of my Poverty. Every day some mony loosing on this Cuttings and i am also sed i dont want to any SMS's like advertisings. it's disturbing more, If Illetrat they press any buttan mony will Loss, This type of businerss Cheeting Publik like a Thief. This is NOT A GOOD BUSINESS, your Fooling the People.
