Vodafone — Vodafone bill on time | |
Dear sir, I am having a postpaid Vodafone connection from your company. I have a serious issue about the connection that is I don’t get my bills on time, either they are delayed or sometimes never come Due to this every month my sim gets disconnected from your end. From the past 13 months your company is charging Me late bill charges, reconnection charges, connect charges, disconnect charges, which goes to Rs 300-400 every month. I am using this connection for the past approx 5 years now. Just because of the problem from your side I have to pay these Hefty charges. I want you to look into the matter asap, and reimburse my money back. i.e. Rs 350X13 months. And see to it that the bill comes on time.
