My mobile ( [protected] ) has theft during , i was going for office by the taxi at 9.40 AM on 03/04/2010.

so plz block the sim card for saving the unusual deads by any convict.

Vodafone — Blocking of SIM

Respected Sir,

I was misguided by vodafone customer care centers (Thane, Branch), their call centers and because of that they finally block my SIM permanently.

My question is that If they cant guide clients properly why they r running these centers and also charging for each call also??

They are nor replying to my mails also.

Please stop this misguidance which they are providing in the name of customer care.

Today on 12 july 2010 i talk to mr. munish on vodafone call center i told him about my balance deduction because of any service but he did not gave me my money back. After some time when i disconnected the call i got a message from vodafone asking about my feedback i replied that i am not happy with your services, just after that i got more than 30 messages from vodafone about some gprs settings and than after some time my all the services got blocked my sim was blocked i could not even take calls this is such a disgusting thing please help me as soon as possible.

i am ashok kumar from malout,punjab.i am using vodafone postpaid [protected].my phone is not working from last three days.i have complained more than 20 times to customer care n also visited your office balaji communication in malout 6-7 times but they are not paying any attention to my problem.whenever i have called 111,they always reply that your no. would work after 30 min to 4 hours.and again when i called 111,
a madam replied that talk to that person to whom u have paid the bill.you can also check my all details that i have always paid my bill on time and u also have declared me as your special customer.my business deals with export and import.my agent who was in kolkatta( [protected],[protected],[protected]) trying to contact me but they were unable to contact me and i have a heavy loss in my business.i have suffered alot in dealing my business due to this problem.as i cant communicate with my important clients.now tell me who is responsible for this?we have your four vodafone numbers([protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]) and m sry to say but you have really disappointed me.i thought your company was very good for me but i think i was wrong.i have also paid already unnecessarily internet payment which i had never used.and now i am thinking of disconnecting all my vodafone numbers and taking it from other companies(airtel,idea etc).now how can i believe that your service is satisfactory and no unnecessarily payment will be made to me.now can you fulfill my loss???and why your employees are giving wrong commitement?you have a great respectable company but i am forced to think about your behaviour.i am really tired of calling 111 again and again,and your employee and local office balaji communcation.but no one paid attention.waiting for your rply.my email id is ashok.[protected]@gmail.com.

Useless customer care

I am Ganesh Kathale one of the customer of "Vodafone", since Dec 2008, having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in pune, no one is sincere here in working.
I went to Customer Care Centre at Dahnkawadi, pune, India on 19th Oct, 2010 for the migration from postpaid to prepaid service. One executive attended me and asked my problems. I came to same Vodafone store for same problem, every time same executive attend me give different reason. Till Dec 2010 they didn’t migrate my service.
Finally on 26 Dec 2010, I went to dhankawadi, pune, Vodafone store, one of the executive named ‘ Rajashri’ attend me, I had submitted my all document required for migration. After 02 Jan 2011 my prepaid service was started. From 04 Jan 1011 my outgoing and incoming calls were blocked ( reason - document not submitted ). Again I had submitted my document to Vodafone store at Ideal Colony, kotharud, Pune. Till my outgoing and incoming calls were blocked
I would like to bring to your kind notice the poor service/support being followed by VODAFONE Telecom and I am the victim for the last 95 days .
Please do the needful.
