[Resolved] Vodafone — Wrongly change in Mobile Billing Plan | |
I Dr. Preeti R. Kantharia have been using Vodafone Postpaid Card Number [protected] under plan GK199 since last few years. It has come to my notice since last about 10 days that whenever I make a call a flash message appears on my mobile screen 'CLOSED GROUP 1 IN USE' I am shocked ans surprised to see this and when I enquired i was again surprised to know that Vodafone has changed my plan by clubbing my mobile number with other group members without my consent or notice. Sir, Since I am Professional (Dental Surgeon) my work is very precised and requires lot of concentration. My mind is very much disturbed and tense and I feel there is a foul play and conspiracy planned against me, and I have incurred heavy loss due to the above reason.
