[Resolved] Vodafone — Executive promised a waiver it was not done and because of that my bills got a problem and could not be made | |
I have been facing some problems with Vodafone for Past 6 months and the Series of problems is as Under:- 1) My bill payment got delayed for one month because i was in Kolkata and I am sorry to say i did not have hours to travel in kolkata and go to Vodafone Store. i called up 111 to ask them how could i get it done and also you have a service of bill payment by callin 111 but because i was on roaming it wasnt Possible and that time your Website www.vodafone.in Please Note: i had tried to get my bill payment done but I was unsuccessful in getting it done and EVEN CALLED UP 111 when i gOt back i receive a call that please make your bill payment and i told them First Get my Waiver done and then i'll make the payment but the executive told me sorry it is not possible till you make the payment done.I DID THE PAYMENT.BUT THANKS TO VODAFONE WAIVER WAS NOT DONE Later i did not pay the bill because i told 111 and the executive who called me that i will not pay my next bill till the waiver is done....and i did not pay my next bill and gave almost 100 calls to vodafone executive who promised me that waiver will be done BUT ITS VODAFONE.SO PROBLEMS ARE IMMINIENT Days Passed by and here is the Second and THE MOST ALARMING INCIDENT and after this i would not advise anybody to use VODAFONE.... 2) Since my vodfone number was not in service because i did not pay my bill i got another another call on My alternate number [protected] Asking me to pay the Vodafone bill.It was a female whose NUMBER IS [protected] and asked me to pay the bill as the REQUEST FOR MY WAIVER HAS BEEN DONE.well the total amount of waiver was Rs 200 ONLY And i agreed to her SOMETHING WHICH I SHOULDNT HAVE DONE BUT SOMEHOW I DID... She sent a person from collections to me and i handed a CHEQUE to the person and that collection person tells me that the Waiver of Rs 200 will be done soon...BUT THANKS TO VODAFONE WAIVER WAS NOT DONE BECAUSE OF SERIES OF EVENTS ANOTHER PROBLEM POPPED OUT AGAIN...THANKS AGAIN TO VODAFONE by the time i was told that waiver of RS 200 ONLY will be done my another bill was ready.I was asked to pay my previous Pending amount of Rs 500 but i PAID 600 My latest bill said outstanding amount of 900.including My previous unpaid bills I paid Rs 600 by cheque.and amount of Rs 300 was PENDING. 200+Service tax had to be the waiver amount and the total outstanding left was around 90 BUT THANKS TO VODAFONE WAIVER WAS NOT DONE AND MY OUTSTANDING REMAINED 300 SINCE I HAD THE IDEA THAT WAIVER WILL BE DONE THERE WAS NOT NEED TO PAY THE LATEST BILL AS OUTSTANDING OF RS 9O IS ACCEPTABLE BUT BECAUSE OF THE WAIVER NOT DONE IT WAS 300 AND ANOTHER LATE PAYMENT CHARGES WERE VISIBLE IN MY ACCOUNT JUST BECAUSE OF PROBLEMS FROM VODAFONE WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING TO THIS COMPANY ITS MERE INSULT TO THE CUSTOMER Was this information helpful? | |
