Vodafone - Change of tariff plan, SMSes not going to BSNL numbers and charged for that....

Greeting to you.

I placed a request to change my plan from STD package Rs. 99 to STD package Rs. 54 on around 10th December’07 thru customer care. However the plan did not got changed and on 13th Feb'08 customer care representative Bharati told me that there is no such request place though I placed similar request almost trice by calling customer care and they told me that we will place the request (and I received the bill with STD package Rs. 99) .

When I tried calling customer care yesterday night (29th January’08) twice they put me on hold to check the details and disconnected the call (1st Mr. Narayana Reddy, 2nd Mr. Vijay Kumar). They never told me that I need to mail this request to corporate care however similar request was activated on my colleagues mobile number thru customer care (111) why is so discrepancy?

On 13th Feb'08 I spoke with Bharati and told me that you need to mail to corporate care for the request. Hence I made a request to change my current plan from Rs. 99 STD package to STD package Rs. 54 on 13th Feb'08. Also sent repeated mails to customer care marking Mr. Bhupenjeet who is Corporate Plan Manager and Amitabh Singh however there is no single acknowledgment from customer care of Vodafone.

However they call me for my bill payment status and when asked about the status of the complaint he said hold the line and disconnected the call after some time.....harassing us.

Also, I place a complaint regarding my SMSes are not getting delivered to some of the BSNL numbers(charged in the bill though it did not delivered) I got the complaint number (and not request number as it is been termed though it should not be termed) then when I called customer care they said that the issues has been resolved still I was facing the same issue. I walked into Vodafone store near Begumpet Pizza Hut where I launched a complaint and the person attended tried SMSing those number (charged for this also in the bill: I can understand that the system don’t know who SMSed and I am not bothered about the money also) but saying this that she has launched a complaint and when I asked for a complaint number she said that this is an internal problem with Vodafone and BSNL compatibility and will not have the complaint number but will get resolved in 2-3 days which did not happened; today when customer care told me that it was just an inquiry and please mail this also to corporate care….……the only question arises in my mind is why should I make an inquiry to a customer care that is it getting delivered or not and why not to a person whom I am sending the SMS whether it s/he received it or not?

my complaint number is this 89685134,895278976,895275898 no action is taken from Ur side. Ur customer executive r not responding good also senior`sIam complaint lot of time for service is not activate in my number (9811128024) in this number is bounce card and no life time service is activate am calling to ur customer care centre is not connected Pl do some necessary action for Ur better service to the customer.

I took one pospaid no. n i told him to change the ownership of that no., & send me the bill with my name, but they r useless, nothing is done yet, n not only customer care but also vodafone store services are PATHETIC,

i thnk they should modify there slogan "Happy to Help" to "Happy to help ourself" not customer.
 
Hi,

I'm a prepaid user. I want to complain regarding the flash sms's which flash my mobile every now and then. It not only consumes a lot of battery but also disturbs me a lot. I receive those sms's nearly every 2 mins. Please stop sending such sms's in future. Please do the needful.

I the undersigned have changed my plan to Raymond corporate
Plan.But my bills against 9820495875 have been totally confused me.I had gone to Vodafone office opposite Mallhar tokies, Thane.One person named Prem Pandey sorted this problem and asked me to
pay Rs.1457/- against my bill. I have paid the same but Rs.463/- is still showing against my bill.

Please look into this matter and do the naeedful at your earliest.

I have vodaphone prepaid connection since 3 years, phone number is 9985455944 now i applied for migration of prepaid to postpaid with the same number on 25th nov, 2008. Next day vodafone Executive has came and he wascompleted verification, from 26th onwards my prepaid network was INACTIVATED. Now i am waiting for activation of POSTPAID NETWORK.

HOW MUCH TIME WILL YOU TAKE FOR ACTIVATION POST PAID NETWORK ????
 
Pl intiamte procedure to contract with your customer care centre. Your centre has activated MCI but I am not intrested to activate MCI. Request de-activate the MCI and confirm by return message.

i m new coustmer of vodafone...i have taken ma no from grate india mall noida. he vodafone store reoersentative say that she is giving me a postpaid number nd it will be activated with in the 24 our.as i have aplied for corporate no...nd frm that day m keep caling to custmer care.they are not responding and whn they pick they miss behave .the name of excutive is atul sharma he is so misbehaving guy... plz i request vodafone for their coustmer base take proper action against this guy... nd tell me wat can i do... m realy feel bad after taking conection ofr vodafone..i have done a bigest mistake...so tell me how can i get mqa money back

from saturday means on 17 Jan 2009 my outgoing calls barred.
i have submitted my document on sunday 18 Jan 2009 to subscriber but till my outgoing calls not working.
i asked to subscriber but they playing with me. they telling me like that your calls will start at evening, next evening bla..bla...
Please look into this matter and do the naeedful at your earliest.

I have applien for the doscontinutaion my vodafone Number 9833507232. While in Gallery your executive told me it will be discontinued within 72 hours. I had given the application on 27th January, 2009. Now it's 7th Feb, 2009. Till now it is not discontinued. in the meantime they restricted my outgoing calls. now today i received one SMS saying my outgoing calls activated & i can make a call. I don't know what the service vodafone people are providing. this is only for bills sake? Bcoz my bill generate on the 5th of every month. for getting bills payment they are doing this. if this is the procedure then i will clear the payment at the time of application only. I really fed up with the service.
 

calls not connecting from any vodafone number to 08502249335 - Vodafone

I have been trying to call my home number 08502249335 for the past 2 weeks without even getting connected once. I initially thought the problem was with my home landline number...but i found that no call from any VODAFONE sim in pilani is able to connect to that number. When i try with any sim card other than vodafone its getting connected without single problem anytime i call.

Just look in to the problem and reply me after its done.
