[Resolved]  Vodafone — I'm lost my account balance

Sir,
my name is Sreejin mob no:[protected]
i recharged a sms offer pack of Rs13. that means they will take Rs.2 for first 2 sms then 98sms free.
but from last 4 day they are taking all my money.
i complained cusomer care in these 4 days. but still i didn't got my offer back.
and today i can't call customer care too i think they rejecting my call.
what can i do sir.

if you advertise that i have 100 sms and you sent me a message saying that the offer is activated please do it all the sms that i sent i was charged

My number is [protected]. I am very unhappy because your coller tune is active in my phone with out my permission. When your offer me to activate a coller tune. than I cut this ring. why coller tune activate? please action immmadiate and dective the tune as early as possible, and return my balance.
my number is [protected] they suddenly deducted Rs.30.00 for activating e mehfil-e-timepass which request I have not asked for they just deducted rs 30..00 by sending message.

i recharged a Rs333. that means they will take Rs333. .
but from last 10 day they deducted Rs.30 .
i complained cusomer care in these 10 days.Your service registration number is [protected] but still i didn't got...and outgoing call is not working from my mobile.still i have a lot of balance.

Right now i had acivated Rs.95 /-, 4G GPRS Data Package.

During the Query Data Usage thru SMS (ACT MYDATA to 111) is prompting like,

GPRS (in MB)- XXXX.XXX Validity till -16-MAY-11.. Last Uage at XXXX.

From the above I can see that Till 16-MAY, My 4G is valid. But my 4G Package got clear on 16-May moring it self only.

Because of this info onlt i had lost more than Rs. 100 Today.
