[Resolved]  Vodafone — deactivate my services

your customer care is useless .whenever i call it is always busy i want to deactivate all my services like football updates ,astrological alerts,and funny facts. i want them to be deactivated today itself.if not you will loose a customer

Vodafone — Phone services deactivation

Hi,

I was using Vodafone postpaid service, with number : [protected] for past three years.
Recently I am relocated to Bangalore and hence dropped mail to corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com dated 24th Feb-2011 to deactivate the service from 10th March-2011.
I have especially highlighted that not to deactivate services before the mentioned date i.e. 10th March, but they have deactivated the service twice before the due date.
This is a cause of great inconvenience to me, as I can't make any financial transactions and other important items.
One more frustrating experience is the kind of customer care service Vodafone provide. I used to make STD calls from Bangalore to them, costing 35Rs each and when they unable to resolve my issue, they just disconnect the phone in the middle, leaving me in lurch.
Please take very strong action against these guys as they are typical example of sheer unprofessional ism and careless handling of loyal customers.
They should be taught with some very important lessons.

Vodafone — after activation, service gets deactivated

dear sir/madam,
i have been taken a connection of vodafone postpaid. after 4-5 days of activation, incoming and outgoing service gets deactivated without giving any prior information.
the reason that they have given that, in pune you have not yours own house so you have to submit your account detail....... so i have submitted my acc/no. detail.......
but instead of activating a both of cards, they have started only one....and another remain same as it as a deactivated.
i am continuously going to your centre which is at EON of Kharadi but still my card not get activated,,,,,,
why is it so?
