[Resolved] Vodafone — Not getting recharged

Sir I have rechareged my vodafone mobile using vodafone prepaid recharge from their website for Rs.325 on 06 - Oct 2011 from my State bank of India.Transaction ID MSBI[protected]IG70623647 . The amount was debited from my account , but recharge was not done.When i enquired customer care there is no clear reply.Im planning to file a suit.Beware of this problem.

Sir I have rechareged my vodafone mobile using vodafone prepaid recharge from their website for Rs.81 on 28.04.2012 from my te bank of India.Transaction Id this msg reveved me from bank-(boi star sandesh rs.81 has been debited in your account xxxxxxxxxxxx4137. from pos -vodafon billdesk on 28.04.12. The amount was debited from my account, but recharge was not done.When i enquired customer care there is no clear reply.Im planning to file a suit.Beware of this problem.my mo.no.in [protected]
