[Resolved]  Vodafone — Complaint against Vodafone Mini-Store

I went to this store for connection on old number [protected] of vodafone prepaid connection but he force me to take postpaid connection and he told me incomplete information about refundable of security but after attending of verification call I listen all information after this I told to him please I don’t want postpaid connection and please return my money. Now he is trying to make fool he always said that he sent money to vodafone and after return money by vodafone. He will return to me after deducting the charges of rs.100 . But almost more than one month crossed continuously I am going to store many time but he is not returning my money.
Please I request to you that take remedial action on this matter I have got very frustrate

i am vikram i have purcehes a connection before 2 month .but still he is not working .so now no need this want refund my money these are fraud located in A-14, Okhla Industrial area, Phase-1, new delhi-110020 this is the address i have also recipit and pay by me 250 rs . and also vodaphone agents not pic my call .this is no. i have give my money [protected] pls take action

My Brother is a user of Vodafone number [protected] for more than 1 years. The Sim card got damaged 3 days ago. He went to " Vodafone Mini Store, Aurangabad Palwal (Haryana)", in order to buy a new Sim card in exchange of the damaged Sim. The concerned person lured and forced him to recharge Rs 333 or net recharge.

service of vodafone mini store in hansi, hissar (haryana) was bad because yesterday i buy new mobile in which the sim card was only nano so i go to mini store to issue new nano sim card and they skip my req 3 times and when i go 4th time they issue me the micro sim and when i req him to change the sim card to nano sim then they said that you have to pay 100 rs and they forced me to purchase the micro sim and after this i have port the sim card .. because of forcing to issue micro please take stick action against them please please please i want nano sim of vodafone but they dnt issue for this i dnt purchase vodafone and not suggest other to purchase vodafone ...

My Name is Anil . I am not sure if complaining here would really work. But however i am taking this chance.

My Number is [protected]. I am using this number since more than 5 years now. I was in hyd and recently shifted to Pune. With the help of Vodafone Mini Store located in Sasane Nagar i changed my Mobile Operator. This particular vodafone mini store is one of the most pathetic one i hve ever been, Since 5 years if i am using Vodafone just because i never had any problem with Vodafone and even if i had the customer care made sure that it get resolved asap.

But Pune, the customer service has been very very bad. The mini store in sasane nagar is trying their best to make sure the reputation of Vodafone goes down. They do not pick my call. Today they picked my call and shamelessly put me on hold. the Number that i have been trying is[protected].

I have a very simple problem I have paid my bill on Saturday still my Outgoing is barred.Why ?

Completely Disappointed with Vodafone Services. I don't know if loosing a customer makes a difference but i cant survive without a number for long and if it needs to change my network operator i will change it.

Hello Sir,

I had paid my bill on july 5th 2017 and still it is not updated.The vodafone store is closed from july 7th 2017 and the mobile of that store is also not switched off and as per survery the person who is owing the shop has been disappeared with the money
please help to solve this
