Dear sir/madam,
As i had mentioned in my previous mail that i am very disappointed with the level of customer service, I am finally pleased that some notice has been taken about the issues i am facing. Regarding my previous complaint, i have been assured that you are taking necessary actions. But just as one problem seems to be taken care of, i am facing another!

i had activated a scheme in the month of november, 2008, where in all my outgoing calls to US and Canada will be charged at Rs 1.99/- per min. at a monthly rental of Rs. 49. The rental was charged for 2-3 months i think and everything was fine. But for the month of february, as i see the bill right now, the ISD usage is of 70 mins and i have been charged Rs 440 for the same. I call up at the call center and enquire that the scheme has been discontinued on my number when i had not given any such requests. I was making these international calls assuming that the scheme is active on my number. Not only in the previous month, but also in this month i have made a lot of ISD calls assuming that i wil be charged Rs 1.99/- per min. Where i should be charged Rs 140/- for the ISD calls and Rs 49/- for the monthly rental, i have been charged Rs 440/-!!! which is absurd. My total outstanding on the account is Rs 1594/- for the previous two bills. According to me, this should come down by around Rs 240/- .

I have another complaint number[protected] kindly check out the details) against which payments have to be adjusted. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and let me inform you that i am not going to make payments which i am in the ffirst place not supposed to. Kindly analyse the bill and let me know what is the final amount i need to pay after discounting for the ISD calls i have made. The discounting also needs to be reflected in the bill for March, ie, the current cycle which is going cause as u will see, i have already made a few ISD calls. If i knew the scheme wasnt active, i wouldnt have made these calls!!!

I assure you that the outstanding payments will be made as soon as i get a proper explaination and the bill amount is adjusted based on the points i have mentioned. Kindly make sure that all these pending matters are sorted out so that i dont have to keep writing these mails to you guys again and again! I have forwarded my previous mail to you just for your reference.

Dear sir/madam,
I, Swapnil Rughani, have been using the vodafone number [protected]. I, in total have four postpaid and three prepaid numbers on my name which are currently active. The purpose of writing this mail is that i am very disappointed with the kind of service provided by a company of Vodafone's stature and repute.

My bill of Rs 677/- for the number [protected] was due on the 5th of February, 2009. The outgoing services were barred on the 8th Feb or so and the day the services were barred, i made a payment on the account for Rs. 800/-. From that day onwards, i have been contineously getting calls from one of your collection agencies (Phone no from where i got all the calls :[protected] using rude language and asking me to pay the bills. I explained the matter for 3 days contineously, i requested them not to call me before 18:00 hours IST for a week contineously. Every single day, i got 2 calls around 13:00 IST. When this went on for 8 days in a row, i lost my patience and had to use profain language to make them stop calling me. I later in the evening called up the Vodafone helpline to check if there was a mistake from my side and if the payment was actually cleared on the account. The payment was showing in my account, but yet my outgoing services were barred again. I have registered a complaint with the lady i spoke to at the helpline (complaint no.:[protected]

I assure you that if this pathetic level of service continues and if i have to experience indicent of this nature again, i will discontinue services on my personal numbers without paying any of my pending bills, moreover, i will try and make sure that my entire organization discontinues the association with Vodafone. As it is there is widespread discontenment with your company's general level of customer service!

Kindly follow up on the matter and take required action.

this is the last time i am writing to you regarding the issues i am facing. Incase you people chose to ignore again, i assure you, no further payments will be made on my account. I AM READY TO MAKE THE PAYMENTS ON MY ACCOUNT, I WANT TO CONTINUE USING THIS NUMBER, BUT YOU LEAVE ME WITH NO OPTIONS. As i have mentioned earlier, theres an issue with the charges you have made against my international calls (kindly refer earlier mails) and i also have a new complaint number for u[protected] and i spoke to Ms. Jigisha Kamrejwala and i had also spoken to one FAIZ KHAN regarding the same a couple of weeks back. Also, i had requseted you to discontinue services on another number on my name [protected] in august 2008, i had sent u a mail in August, you people called me from your side, and i was promised i will be refunded the advance rental you had charged. It has been 6 months now. I still have the details of the mail that i had sent back then and i am pasting the mail here as well as forwarding it to u again for your reference. I have mentioned it time and over that i am willing to pay the bill but i wont pay even a penny more than what i was supposed to be charged. I AM CONSIDERING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOUR COMPANY IF I AM HARASSED AGAIN REGARDING THE SAME.

just when i start beleiving that your customer service as a company cannot get any worse, Vodafone manages to amaze. Just forwarding you all the mails that i have sent to you so far for your reference. Also, i have made a payment of Rs 600/- on the 25th of Feb, 2009. I was told that my line will be activated as soon as the payment reflects on your system. That dint happen, when i call again, the time period increases to 48 hours and now it has increased to 72 hours!!! A perfect example of how spontaneously people can formulate policies in your company! Here are the necessary details. Kindly activate my line as soon as possible!

Dear Sir/Madam,
Kindly connect Bill reference No. 85758666 dated 27-08-16 for the period 27-07-16 to 26-08-16 under Plan E_connect_3G_375 (Mobile No. [protected]) wherein an amount of Rs. 90/- has been unnecessarily charged against VALUE ADDED SERVICE CHARGES which is never been used by the said number. Since error has been found for the first time I had paid the bill for subject to exemption the falsely charged above charges.
I hereby request for the first and last time that you may please wave off the above charged Rs. 90/- from my next bill and also ensure that such mistake do not repeat again in the next bill failing which I shall be bound to discontinue the above detailed Vodafone connection.
