I called for inquiring about my data plan and internet speed, and the executive keeps interrupting as usual without listening to the problem. The executives don't even bother to listen to the customer and it has happened for the third time, not only with me but my friends as well. Very rude behavior and customer service is degrading day by day. Me and my friends are opting to port the number. Executive don't know English is the worst thing you can ever expect. A final goodbye to Vodafone for a thankless customer care service.
I took a scheme of Vodafone which provide 2 yr free incoming and 50 minutes per month Vodafone to Vodafone for 24 months But when i did not get my 50 minutes Vodafone to Vodafone this month after completed one month i talked with Vodafone customer care executive but they told me that there is a condition that u have to recharge minimum of Rs 100 per month
But at the time of purchasing this scheme they never mentioned it and even not mentioned in pack of scheme wehre everything is mention like local calling rates STD calling rates etc.
so i want to resegester case against Vodafone for hiding terms and condition about scheme.
I am from India and came USA for some business trip here.. i went to AT&T store and bought one Apple Iphone there . When i was buying that phone , nobodyh told me that i won't be able to use the same on my indian Sim card.. I specifically confirmed from sales Person that it will work in India... he asked me to register the same on Internet with Itunes.. when i opened my box and connected myh phone with Internet , The system thrown an error that it can't be activated.. I went to store next day again and asked the reason. they asked me to buy prepaid sim Card .. and i bought the same and paid 10 dollers for talktime..
I tried again by putting new sim card .. but still its not working and even my phone is not getting activated.. I called Apple care centre and AT&T care centre several time .. but no help found.. Finally i decided to return back this box .. so went to store.. But Cashier refused to refund myh full moneyh back.. she told me that she will deduct 10% of the full amount .. which is approx 40 $ and also i bought accessories of this phone of 30$ from other store which is also not of any use.. When i asked the reason .. she told me that I dont have SSN number .. that's why my phone is not getting activated.
I told her that i am just visitor to India and don't know many rules of USA.. and nobodyhh told me even when i was buying the box.. and also how come myh SIM card of USA number (which i bought from the same shop is workingh without SSN number )...

Extreme dissatisfaction with the customer care response.
I have a vodafone gujarat pre-paid connection. I wanted information on Home Calling Card and International Roaming. Regarding that, I made query at a nearby Vodafone store, but wasn't satisfied with the response. So I called the customer care to get info on the same. It was answered by some Satish Giblani or Ritiesh Giblani. I couldn't get the name right, as he was not willing to tell that again.
The attitude and mannerism of the executive were very bad, rude and provocative. First of all, I was not met with a satisfactory response. On my insistence to check again and tell, I was met with responses such as: "You think you are so smart that you know more than us?", "You think you know more than customer care executives?", "I will bar all your calls". On my request to connect me to a senior personnel, I was told "We can't do that", "You don't know how to ask and we are not destined to answer you". On my suggestion that he being a customer care executive, should be talking to customer properly, there were really bad responses. I was told to do whatever I can and the phone was disconnected rudely.
On calling again, the same person answered the call and gave no info again but told the he will not be answering me.
SOMETIMES THEY ASKED IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT NUMBER PLZ TEL ME OHERWISE WE CANT ABLE TO HELP YOU

Please note that I m a Vodafone Prepaid Customer (Prepaid Mbl No:9899832053).For the last 2-3 months back, I got 3-4 messages from Vodafone that you are activated a caller tune in my number and deducted around Rs.30/- from my mobile’s account. Please note that I didn't made any request for a caller tune. Since them you are deducting 30/- charges from my mobile phone every month. I have many complaints to your customer care but not get any positive response.
I hereby request you to remove this caller tune from my number within 24hrs and refill the amount which you deducted from my account.
I paid my February bill on the due date ie., 23 February 2008 at a teleshoppe in Malleswaram, Bangalore. it was not credited to my account. I had to make too many calls and a second visit to Malleswaram to take care of it. Finally I was told the amount will be credited to my account as on 3 March 2008. I made yet another call on 6 March 2008 and that is when the amount was credited to my account. I asked why is it so..when I paid the amount on 23 February and the response was oh that is the way things work out if you pay in tele shoppe. I have been a customer for 5 years now and I know that is not the way Hutch used to work. I have made numerous calls to customer service and nobody bothered to even apologize leave alone get me to talk to supervisor. The service that I got is really pathetic. I had a previous complaint back in 2006-2007 which I had to pay a huge amount because the representative did not explain the price plan properly. Nobody has taken care of anything till date. It seems Vodafone is going to dogs.

I enabled the new STD pack (Rs. 1.3/min) after reading from their website that there are no hidden charges for the same. I lost all my free calls and SMS after I enabled this. When I called the customer care, they checked the database and said that my free SMS are still valid and asked me to try sending a SMS and call customer care again. I tried sending a SMS and I was charged and when I called them back they were talking to me very rude. They took a complaint from me when I threatened them with consumer court. Then they closed the complaint quietly and when I called them back they are rude to the core. I have never seen any customer care that is so rude as these guys. Please don't believe their advertisements of friendly customer care. They are big cheaters and rude people.

1) I have Opt for Direct Debit Service and give the Request along with Cancelled chq on 25 March 08, but Unfortunately I have not got call from (9888552393 and 9888914453) yr concern Dept that this service will start from next month, I will have to pay the bill this time and form last 2 Months this Play is going on.
For this Clarification I have visited yr Sec 35 Outlet at least 4 to 5 times and the entire people who have attended me gave same COMMAN reply.
2) Also the bill for the Month of March 08, the copy has been SCANED by Mr. Ranjeet at Sec 35 Outlet about the offer which is mention on the Bill, No reply Till Date. On that its clearly Mentioned that the Offer is only till 31 March 08 (The Offer is Discount on Bill threw Bank a/c 2%/Up to Maximum of Rs 500, Also along with Free Local SMS worth Rs 100).this offer is valid for only 3 months and till date I have not got any free SMS nor discount.
3) I have sent 110 SMS in the Month April 08 as per Bill No 0014200781, and again 176 SMS in the Month May 08 as per Bill no 0014875378.
4) I have also send SMS on 144 which is toll free in yr own Website still I am charged in my last Month bill that too as International SMS.
5) Yr Person Sitting in Lobby at Sec 35 Outlet should have Product Knowledge and Proper Management in their own for Cust Query not different reply or Suggestions to cust or tell BLANK LIE, without any details
(Mr Abhshiek, Mr Ranjeet, Mr Arun & Miss Ankita / Etc ... Other too their name I do not Remember)
Beside this you can also have Look no of Time I have called for Help at 111 but no positive reply.

I have been holding this connection(9830329310) for more than 5 years!!! However I
feel the services has deteriorated drastically.
I am currently on roaming in Bangalore and after the initial few days
I have not been able to access the GPRS!!! And when I call the Kolkata
call centre (9830098300), the call, after a long wait lands to the Pre
paid section(everytime), and your agents are unable to transfer me to
the post paid section!!!
And on top of it every time I call I get an sms ( from 6789) enquiring
about the service, and after innumerable answers I get a reply sms
that an agent will get in touch with me in 24hrs, which never happens.
Then why this farce(of Happy to Help)!!!
I want my GPRS services to be restored immediately and no rentals to
be charged from the 20th of May'08 till the issue resolved.

After reaching Dublin, when I tried using the card, I received an recorded error message saying that the card needs to be activated for use. this is in contravention with the assurance given by the salesman at Delhi Intl Airport stating that the card does not need any activation. The help line of the tecom service at Dublin also could not help except saying that the card needs to be taken back to the seller at Delhi.

I would like to make a serious complaint about the service m getting from Vodafone.
The call center is not customer caring though they say that they care in their advertisements.
1)This is regarding the complain about the supervisor(NUPUR ARORA, delhi vodafone call center) to whom i spoke with on 12/10/08 at 10:30am.
The supervisor lacked soft skils handling escalations .
a)he did not Listen to me patiently.
b)Did overtalk on me and came to conclusions even before i could complete te sentence
c)Had usually attitude and did not behave profestionally.
d)Did not transfer to a manger when asked for.
e)Did not show any Respect the and failed to understand the situation when explained to.
f)She gave me the "email@example.com" corporate id to mark a mail.What she meant was i will talk this this u do what ever u can .
We as customer like to be given atleast little priority and need to resolve the issue at first point of contact instead to close the complaints without even
resolving it. This my 2nd bill have i made a mistake by switching to vodaphone ?

I would like to inform you that Hutch Care has very poor service. It's totally a cheating process. I received a msg stating that i wont be charged for song selection for activating the caller tunes as a Diwali Offer after which i was charged for that...
When I called the Customer Care, they didnt give me proper response, when i am speaking, the executive said " Thanks for Calling and disconnected the call.
This is purely a Cheating Services.

I complaint about deposit wrong transfer to another account. I have Rs.250 deposit. I got connection Mr.kandaswamy who is a corporate exe for Vodafone NSG Engg. My Num 9943929898. I request to migrate to prepaid and paid Amt Rs.351 on OCT. Balance O/s Rs 250 adjust from my service deposit. This complaint I first of all Forward to NSG Engg. They are not responsed. Then I go to Vodafone Store cantonment. The lady I don't know her name I think She's name Fool. I told everything but she not consider my complaint not at all. Just she forward to Mr.Palani. The Nonsense palanai also said No deposit. I told to him this is a problem take as complaint. He told Repeatedly no deposit found. I forward the compliant letter to manager. Then the complaint forward to yasmin (Retensions) Naveen Plaza Woraiyur. She said I forward this compliant to AlAmeen. Ms Yasmin told it takes 1 week I forward a mail to credit and collections. But she also no response. I spoke to Mr. Alameen He told there is a wrongly transferred to another account. But the credit and collection department not take this complaint. I ask to him why? Not take? Because this num used from more than a year So if the problem rectified now. Then our senoirs asks why not detect this problem from one year. He also request to wait 1 week again. After 1 week I called up just he picked the call and told I will speak after 5 miinis. Still he not at all response always not reachable.
Then I paid Everything there is no Due. I received sim card from NSG SimNO.8991430003090510328. for new prepaid migrated num. Stil not get active. I visited to Devar Hall mini store they told I don't know prepaid activation ! Then I spoke to ARUN Nsg Engg Employee. He also not at all response wrong commitment.
