I called for inquiring about my data plan and internet speed, and the executive keeps interrupting as usual without listening to the problem. The executives don't even bother to listen to the customer and it has happened for the third time, not only with me but my friends as well. Very rude behavior and customer service is degrading day by day. Me and my friends are opting to port the number. Executive don't know English is the worst thing you can ever expect. A final goodbye to Vodafone for a thankless customer care service.

Vodafone India — call center service is very poor

Dear All vodafone users,
I am apelling you all that we shouldnt continue with this company services.as they behaved like a a dictator and call center people are .My request to all th vodafone users is to shift to Airtel and any other indian service provider rather then continuing with this company.I dont know why ESSAR company is not taking control on the whole system.They are having better management then this bunch of who is controlling the business.I have just shifted from VODAFONE to AIRTEL with almost 30 connetions.

This is Nitin. kharat.my mobile no.is [protected].I have register the complaint to vodafone customer care regarding my bill issues my bill on 24 may was 3300 at 11.45 pm n after 12 am it was like 4850 so u ppl charge any fake amt. in my bill which i noitce when i spk to call center agent name Salman Qureshi n the second was Dipesh Mazdrekar they make me hold for atleast 20 mins to 25 mins. n when i need to talk to some supervisor i dont get any proper response n then my call has been disconnected.This is the attitude of vodafone people.This is the way u ppl serve the customer, the best way to voice my concern is to boycott ur service as it is bad service provider, I m anyways porting back to any other service bt would seriously highlight this issue to the required ppl.I have made my mind to go to the consumer court against the company i need my problem to be solved as soon as possible other wise i will screw up u ppl.

Very true. I m trying to activate Blackberry service on my phone since one week but yet it has not happened. I have called the customer care at least 10-15 times in a week's time but everyone gives one common reply to send an SMS to 111 which I have sent nearly 15 times but still the same. Instead of simplifying the mode of communication it has become more and more complicated.

This mail is in regards to my mobile number – [protected]. I would like this mail to be considered as an official complaint for VODAFONE customer services. I would really like to put many points I have been ignoring from the past few months. I would humbly request you to go through the below mentioned points and kindly come up with a solution or I am afraid that I might even end up taking it further.

• Firstly whenever I ask a question or make any requests from any of the customer care executives the answer is always NO. e.g. – If I request them to take my pre announcement for bill payment off they say a straight NO in my face. I have a limit of more than 7000 Rupees, I really don’t get the point why is my services barred for an amount due for 1200 Rupees.
• Secondly the most important drawback of your service desk is that they don’t know the importance of the hold time informed to the customer, any customer service agent will take permission for hold of 2 minutes but I have never experienced a hold less than 8 – 15 minutes in average.

I would humbly request you to look into the above matter mentioned in this e-mail and come up with a solution on priority, keeping in mind the importance of the mobile device in our day to day life.

have been availing of Vodafone services from the past 11 years.

Today i visited the Vodafone store to change my tariff plan. It was the andheri west juhu lane store. I was made to wait for 30 mins after which when I inquired about how much time would it take I was told very rudely by the store incharge that "can't you see how many people are there" . On asking him that if I was treated so rudely if I wanted to cancel my connection the incharge (Vishal i think his name was) replied that if i cant wait for half an hour I should drop a mail. When I reminded him that he was doing a very poor job at customer service he asked me to leave the store.

Treating a woman with no respect is now what vodafone stands for for me. Its highly unethical for a company like Vodafone to hire such people and treat loyal customers like that. Be rest assured that no one in my family will now use Vodafone.
