[Resolved]  Vodafone Data Card — worst customer care services

i am using hutch vodafone data card with vodafone SIM no [protected] on national roaming,

i make more tha 35 calls to vodafone customer care centre but still noboby is helping me to sort out the problem.

this company only belives to sell their products and not intereted in giving any after sales service support.

I rate them the worst company in internet / GPRS providers, few names of vodafone officers i requested are [protected] - nodal officer-dipesh / chitrash, ghanshyam waghela, kashiv shekh .

i m customer of vodafone data card and my no is [protected]...n my problem is that i was pay my bill in 25 march rs550 by my servent...mr ritesh give a wrong recipt to my servent bcoz hes not educated so cant check that recipt...when i saw that recipt i went to vodafone store lohai road farrukhabad and say to mr ritesh it was a wrong recipt pls give my orignal recipt...mr ritesh said i dnt knw about it pls deposit again 550rs i[censored] not pay this amount we will close yuor connention...hepl me...
