Vodafone — DEDUCTION OF SERVICE CHARGES

SIR, MY CELL NO. IS [protected]. RECENTLY ON 19 SEP 2012 MY ACCOUNT WAS DEDUCTED WITH RS.30/- TOWARDS SOME CHARGES CALLED HELLO TUNES WHICH I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED. FREQUENTLY CALLING TO THE CUSTOMER CARE HAS FAILED ALL THE HOPES FOR ME AND HENCE I APPROACH TO THIS FORUM. KINDLY HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. THANKING YOU SIR.

Vodafone — Deduction of charges

Hello,

My number is [protected], I have activated the free surfing @ INR 98, 2GB for a month, the amount was deducted however my actual balance is getting detected inspite of recharge of INR 98.
