Vodafone — Unusable GPRS speed and pathetic customer care | |||
first of all i would like to take this opportunity to tell all the mobile service user that don't ever relate yourself to any kind of services provided by VODAFONE company.Now the topic of my frustration i recharged my vodafone number ([protected]) with 149 GPRS pack.I did that so that i could get a good speed if not better.since that day i have been trying to connect to internet(through my PC) ,and to be sure that no one blames my PC for this i have used other service providers sim on it and they run pretty decently,but many times couldnot connect to it.Even if got connected it gives a pathetic speed of 100bps or maximum speed of 1 kbps.So i tried calling the customer care and requested them to see whats wrong and do something about it.As usal they told me to do some stupid stuff which i did and even that didn't solved my problem.if this was not the height of my frustration now vodafone has some how blocked me from complaining or even try to talk to the executive.So now when ever i call there customer care the nice lady tell me that they are happy to help me but when i press the button for talking to the executive the voice starts repeating the same starting menu again.So what i want is that they should get my problem(both of them) solved and solved means no promises i need it done or just give my 150 rupees back your choice.
