This mail regarding my Vodafone number 9899751361, I had made so many complaints in customer care that i am receiving exceeded amount of Bills. They have unnecessarily activated Mobile Internet & caller song on my number. I requested them to DE-activate that facility so many times, however no action has been taken from their end & they told me that "pay the bill & we will give you reversal in your next bill", however, I didn't get the same, although I have paid the bills for the month of June & July 2011. Now I am getting calls from their billing department that if i wont pay the bill they will disconnect my another number (9711850820) as well. This is no acceptable from their end. I had a word with one of the customer care executives, her name was Sonia, she refused to tell me her last name, she promised me that she will send request to DE-activate both the services from my number & will also send a request for bill reversal, however, it hasn't been done & these guys are talking very rudely whenever I call them or they call me. I want an urgent action to be taken.
