Vodafone Essar Company — SERVICES DISCONTINUATION, GIVING NO. TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER

I am a customer of Vodafone Essar Company Limited, I am hereby forced to write this mail cause of the unsatisfactory services provided to me by vodafone company. My no. Is [protected] for complete one year this no. Was a post paid connection, but due to unsatisfactory services I filed an application for conversion from Postpaid to prepaid on 19th January 2009, and at that time I filled and provided all the necessary documents needed for migration from postpaid to prepaid (i.e. Is all the relevant proof and outstation declaration form).

Despite of this the services to my no. Were disconnected on ground of non availability of outstation declaration form, which was previously submitted to the vodafone office.

On 24th January, 2009 I again submitted all the documents with reference to the conversation with the customer care, this time I provided a NOC from my Uncle Mr. Vinod Surana and also provided his Pan card copy and electricity bill copy for reference and my identity as well as address proof. The services were started at that moment.

Again despite of all this documents the services were disconnected on 26th january 2009. Cause of this i suffered a loss of 1000 us dollars as I was in Newyork at this time and this no. was the only way for me to communicate to my clients and agents over there. Due to discontinuation of my no. I was not able to contact them and I suffered this loss.

On Contacting customer care, they gave me a very pathetic answer that my connection is discontinued by the Government of India on the ground of non availability of balance for activating international roaming and non availabiltiy of documents. ( here it should be noted that documents were previously submitted to vodafone customer care)

Again on returning at 8th may 2009, I resubmitted my documents with different NOC, in case vodafone service provider are not satisfied with one NOC and documentation and in hope that this time my connection wont be terminated. But again my connection was discontinued on the same ground of non availability of documents and the connection to my no. Is still terminated.

Despite my mail and application to both zonal and other authorites of vodafone care, my no. is alloted to someone else. This is a very serious issue and i am suffering from this all.

Therefore I would request you to please look in to the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
