Sir i want to bring to your notice that i have deposited the documents for changing ownership on 8 th October 2011 i.e on last saturday at vodafone store M2K Rohini Sec-3 Delhi-85.But I am very disappointed from you customer service.The ownership has not changed till today.At vodafone store they have said that the ownership will be changed within four days .But it is not changed.We have waited their for 2 hours for this work .And this consume our precious time.We can go everyday there ,it is very difficult to wait 2 hours .So please look forward to this problem and change the ownership .My customer agreement form no is 82408601.
