[Resolved] Vodafone Essar — Sim Card not activated in 4 days | |||
Dear Sir, It is my painful experience with Vodafone Essar which makes me write to you. I lost my mobile phone on 20th April, 2010, and consequently filed for a re-issue. I was issued a Sim card (Mobile # [protected] begin_of_the_skype_highlighting [protected] end_of_the_skype_highlighting, Sim # H[protected] and was told to wait for 2 hours for activation. It has been 4 days and still the number hasn't been activated. After all that my business has suffered, It's really annoying to face rude behavior from their employees. Neither 'vodafone customer care' nor 'vodafdone store' is willing to take responsibility for the same. I am left with no one to go to. . Kindly take the necessary action required.
