[Resolved] Vodafone — false promise and no support | |||
Whomsoever it may concern, I'm still finding a lot of difficulties with your service. Today evening I got a call from your executive, and number noted as [protected]... They are just playing fool with me.. I had my gmail account and my official account separately configured in my BlackBerry Bold 9790, finally after they called and modified, I am unable to connect to separate email ID. Now that it is configured under Message category under menu option. What is hell is happening with your service... Now that they just disconnect my call to support.. I have been with you quite a few times and now I have planned to file a class action compliant against the vulnerability and the time I so far spent so far with your support executive. I have got plenty with my side who have the same issues. This is hell ridiculous services I have been through. Did I ask you to call me and delete my configuration in my mobile??????
