Vodafone — Fraud & Dispute of billing for the last 3 months | |||
Hello I am Sujatro Ghosh, a customer of Vodafone for almost last 5 years. I didn't knew Vodafone can do such fraud things lets not say Vodafone anybody can do such fraud things! Context - I received a call on my number [protected] on 24th/27th/28th may ( I dont remember the date properly) from the Vodafone Marketing team. They approached me for a 75 INR pack for vodafone to vodafone calling but I refused to it. Then they kept my line on hold & then after retrieving it they approached me the same pack with a sum of 38 INR, which I accepted! Soon within a minute I got a confirmation messege on my mobile ( Message Screen Shot attached in this mail).After I got the confirmation I started making calls extreme amount of calls to vodafone numbers. As soon as my bill arrived I was amazed , No pack of 38 was activated & every call was charged at 20paisa /Minute. After this problem I made several calls to Customer Care service & was promised for several call backs in which out of 5 I got 1 call only but it was of no use. I got no replies & I am simply pissed of with the thing! This is not the first time bill dispute! 3rd time in three months it is! I want this pack at 38 INR at any costs or I feel its against the consumer rights! I am going to go to the consumer court else & if I don't get a revert back within & solve within my bill closing date 24th I wont also pay anything extra either or extra fees!
