[Resolved]  Vodafone India Mumbai — Poor service by Vodafone store Kharghar

It took more then seven days to activate my Vodafone postpaid connection, nobody across the network knows the status of the application . Vodafone stores Kharghar, always giving wrong commitments . Ther customer care is equally horrible . Spoken to regional head for assistance . Even worst response .
I have been running pillar to post to get the new connection unfortunately Blackberry activation is only possible with Vodafone.

Vodafone — POOR RETAILER SERVICE

This is to bring your kind notice that the service in meenakshipuram pollachi taluk coimbatore dt tamilnadu is very poor.the distributor from Anaimalai demanding to buy nokia phones otherwise he is not supplying ec or other stocks
He is a nokia distributor and only nokia salesman coming to sell
vodaphone

Pl take necessary action otherwise we will not support vodaphone in the future

vodafone retail outlet — poor service

the vodafone distributor, kushal agencies not visiting the shop frequently, when in need asked for recharge immtly. this has been taken very carelessly. due to which lot of customer has been diverted and loss of business. please look into these aspects.
since, our customers are your customers
I m having a vodafone handset 228fm, its battery is malfuncitioning from last one month. i approached vodafone stores chembur, there attituade was very negative, they just tried there level best to avoid me, by saying bring bill, warranty card etc, then when i showed them warranty card . now they are telling they dont hav battery in there stock . i had visited the shop atlest 4 times for the same thing yet i havent got the battery

vodaphone in nokia — submitted address proof

this is harshini and my num is [protected]...i have submitted all but im getting calls that my calls will be barried...i wont like to know why??even i went near the shop keeper where i took sim...i want u to take action immediately...
I already have postpaid connection. which is later converted to prepaid connection. I already submitted documents regarding same in Kharghar vodafone store. but also got SMS from vodafone that Document's are not received. SIM connection is on name of my father, he twice submitted the documents (voting card, address proof) when I received call from Kharghar vodafone store regarding the same. on 2nd march I spoken to executive of vodafone customer care, then he replies that request is pending for address.

At the Vodafone's Mobile Outlet service at Havre Splendour shop sector 20 at Kharghar today I went to recharge my Mo. No [protected], but to my surprise I found that the lady at the counter was just cooly talking on her Mo. phone far minutes together without attending us, so I interrupted her and requested her that I have to go, pl. attend my recharging issue..

Also told her that duty first and talks can be attended after duty hours. Business first please.

At 1030 Hrs today i.e. on 31st May 2010, when I paid her Rs50/- only to charge my Mo. No. giving my Mo. No. she told me that it is charged, but till the time of reporting still she has not recharged tmy Mo. No.

I will have to again go to her shop to lodge a complaint.

I also apologised her for becoming too strict in our dealings.

Its very poor service at Kharghar Gallery.The representative doen't have manner to talk with customers. they are very irritate.

This is Ravi and was very upset with the service. I went to Vodafone store, Kharghar and the representative of the store was very rude and illitrate. There were about to fight me. One lady her name is Zeenat Ali, She behaves like the circle head. I asked her that i need email id of vodafone manager so that i could complain.She told me that i am the manager for Mumbai circle and was not ready to talk anything on behalf of customer. I don't know how Vodafone advertise the world best service. I feel that very bad and poor service. My cell no is : [protected]. I had an experiance with telecom opearator and worked as General Manager. I need the clarification about my issues and why they behave like this. Please call or email me at [protected]@yahoo.in.

Out of 5 counters only three were working more over out of those 3 counters 2 counter blocked seat for almost 40 minutes, my no was 10 th from current it took almost 2hr for my no. to come .
