Vodafone — non availability of customer care service | |||
On 27th august 2010, I lost my phone([protected]).Fearing 'misuse' of my number for any antisocial activity, when I called at 111 customer care service to block my SIM card (ph. no. [protected]) there was no one to take up the call. Even once a customer care serviceman lifted the phone and then cut the line after I was being redirected by vodafone computer answering machine(this call was made from [protected]). I have experienced the worst customer care service and I would recommend all to never take vodafone because of its imcompetent and non promising service.even after 24 hrs of losing my SIM I am still calling repeatedly to customer care to suspend my SIM card number. please suggest what to do at: [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
