DEAR SIR/ MADAM, I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT MY MOBILE NOS IS [protected] I HAD APPLIED FOR THIS NOS SOME TWO MONTHS BACK. THE NOS IS POST PAID, THE 1ST MONTH BILL WAS 505/- WHICH I HAVE PAID ON TIME..I.E BEFORE DU DATE, BUT THE BILL FOR SECOND MONTH WAS ABOUT 2087/- WHICH IS VERY SHOCKING FOR A PERSON LIKE ME, BECAUSE THE NOS WHICH I AM USING IS ALTERNATE NOS (MEANS 2ND NOS) I TOOK THIS NOS FOR ONLY TO ENJOY BBM SERVICES WHICH I TOOK PLAN OF 299 (ONLY MAIL & MESSENGER) INSTEAD OF INTERNET ACCESS FOR 399/- PLAN BECAUSE I CAN USE WI-FI SERVICES VIA INTERNET WHICH CAN BENEFIT ME MORE & I CAN SAVE RS. 100/- MY EXISTING NOS IS [protected] WHICH IS USED IN DAILY MANNER & CHORES BUT I REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT THE SECOND MONTH BILL WAS DUE & IT CAME IN SHOCKING MANNER OF 2087/- I HAVE COMPLAINT SEVERAL TIMES IN VODAFONE CARE BUT THEY DIDN'T HELP ME. ONE OF THE REQUEST NO. WAS[protected] WHILE TALKING TO THEM THEY INFORMED ME THAT MY BILL WAS TREMENDOUS INCREASED DUE TO ACCESS INTERNET DOWNLOAD. I JUST WANT TO TELL YOU THAT IF I WANT TO USE INTERNET IN HARSH MANNER (DOWNLOADS) THAN I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN PLAN OF 399/- INSTEAD OF 299/- WHICH IS MORE LOGICAL THAN CAUSING BILL OF 2087/- I HAVE VISITED CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER AT GAIWADI (MUMBAI, CHARNI ROAD) TWICE & SPOKE TO MR. RAJNIKANTH BUT HE REGRET TO HELP ME & INFORMED ME TO PAY THE BILL. THEY ARE INFORMING ME THAT BILL WAS HIGH DUE TO DOWNLOADS, BUT AGAIN I AM INFORMING YOU THAT I HAVENT CHOSEN THE INTERNET SERVICE ALSO, THE DOWNLOAD WHICH IS DONE FROM MY SIDE WAS DONE VIA WI-FI THROUGH INTERNET SERVER (A local area network that uses high frequency radio signals to transmit and receive data over distances of a few hundred feet) WHICH IS DONE THROUGH LOCAL NETWORK AVAILABLE IN YOUR PREMISES. ALL MY OUTGOING CALLS, BBM SERVICES & MAIL FACILITY HAVE BEEN STOPPED. LOSS OCCURRED HAS BEEN HEAVY & INCONVENIENCE TO ME PAST 15 DAYS WILL BE TAKEN IN ACTION SO WE REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY GIVE US THE EXACT BILL AS PER USAGE & START OUR SERVICE OTHERWISE STRICT ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AS PART PAYMENT OF BILL HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID.
