My mobile number is [protected]. i shifted my plan to postpaid from prepaid.
I was using this mobile no for last 6 years.
I have not opt for Itemwise bill.After shifting my plan to postpaid you people charging me Rs 75- Per month from last one & half year. I have paid all the payment till I notice the same. I requested your customer care centre please revese the charges and service tax on that. I will pay the balance amount. but no body want take resposibilty & serve the customer. you people are making fool to customer.
Inspite of my request (Pl see my several complain to your customer care department) they have disconnect my mobile no.
I have paid advance money in form of Itemwise bill in advance. please add service tax + and Interest on advance payment which you took in advance without opt of plan.
Please clear this from your side.
Further your lady from Phone no [protected] speaking from legal department. She doed not have sense to speak with customer. Every thing I will share in face book & give in paper how you Vodaphone are fooling people. I will go to consumer court. I will write letter to TRI and find out the source of problem. Yoy have cheated how many customers.
The lady who called us using abuse to me & my wife. Is this your level of communication than I am sorry to say that you have to close down your business and do other business. I will see that it will happen.
