[Resolved] Vodafone — Worst service to corporate customer by vodafone | |||
i dont know what happned to vodafone nowadays?started creating worst image.... I am Pushparaj Acharekar with Corporate connection Vodafone [protected] since long...but i think vodafone forgot meaning of word Corporate... On september 19 i made cash payment of rs. 1500 at vodafone kiosk nr nirmal lifstyle mulund.. I got recpt message on my cell. Bt i deleted tht msg nd thrown th receipt coz i was hvng Trust on vodafone... However vodafone disconnectd my outgoing today...i hv made lot of calls at customerDiscare ravindra,prakash, ashok...Mr vinod manager also gt my payment in system and give me transit id and lodgd complaint bt all in vain...my issue not resolve... i also visited vodafone gallary at mulund nimal lifestyle but no help.. they asking reeipt..i just wondr and itz illogical if i recd message after after cash payment then why would i keep that message or receipt if i am making payment like this since 5 years I am realy fed up with these service to corporate...as geniune customer since 5 yrs i am just requesting u to please activate my number immediately... shamefull service by vodafone...
