Vodafone — Lewd Harrasment calls from call centre employee | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have taken one vodafone postpaid connection last sunday on 08/05/2011 for my wife. The number alloted to me was[protected]. We initially had loads of problem with regards to starting of services. It was around 25-30 times we had to call vodafone call centre. We have almost visited 3-4 times to the vodafone store also. However, in the interaction there is this employee of vodafone (introduced himself as Manoj) who took calls for configuring 3G services on the mobile phone.From that moment onwards he is giving harrasment calls from two of his cell phone numbers[protected] and[protected]. There is a comprehensive mischief being done by some of the call centre frustrated employees which i believe could be more than one in this case who are harrasing us. We are getting all lewd smes and have to forcefully, shut down our number. I want this case to be taken seriously. Hence, i have lodged a police complaint also in this regards on those two numbers and n other numbers of blanks calls. Vodafone should also view it serious and monitor their calls and employees for such personal data breaches.
