I am using vodafone sim

from last 3 - 4 days i am facing some problem from my
vodafone sim . i am not doing any msg and call then
too balance is being deducted from my balance amt
please help me . i had called vodafone customer care
but they are not ready to here my words and they are
blaming me that i have used msgs .
i am sure that there are no calls and msgs
are done from my mobile then too vodafone customer
service is not ready to here me .. my balance got
deducted are Rs.194 on 23 Jan 2012 & Rs.8 25 Jan2012
Please help me please dont cut my balances without using
the services ....
