[Resolved]  Vodafone — Service restricted of new Goldan Number within 24 Hrs. from purchase

I have purchased a new postpaid connection with extra cost Rs.3000/- for goldaNn no. which no. is [protected] on 02/09/10 by cash vide rec. no. 4331086.
These connection activeted on eveing of 03/09/10 but whithin 24 hrs. from Sim activetion
I have recevied SMS form VZ-CNC Vodafone customer care " Hello ! Ur services been restricted as yuor usg of Rs..40 has crossed the credit limit. Pls make interim payment to restore the services.vodafone care." and my all service is restricted by vodafone on 04/09/10. I realy shoked for above action from vodafone after makeing full payment for these Goldan No.
Please inform me what can I do & where these type of complaints launched Cosumer court or TRIA.
