Vodafone Navi Mumbai, Vashi — request for disconnection not entertained

Since 24 April 2011, I have been requesting for the deactivation of my Mumbai voadafone number due to my relocation to Delhi. I was guided by the customer care representatives to send mail, I did it several times but in vain. I have been calling the Customer care regularly to follow-up but still my mumbai phone no. is not deactivated. This is really pathetic and annoying. I would like to bring it to your notice how discomforting they have been and strict action required.
