Network problem after using internet through mobile

Dear Viodafone team,

It has been observed that My mobile number 9719920026 some times doesn't get the network (Limited service available) in my office and home, though my friend sit besides me with Vodafone conection is getting the full network, also I have observed that whenever I use the mobile internet, the network get lost. So I request you to look into this matter and resolve it ASAP.
