[Resolved]  Vodafone — Network Problem

Hi,

I have some network related problems in our office building, for which i had raised a complaint. i have no response from Vodafone end. So could anyone of guys let me know the procedure to go ahead with filling of RTi and whom to submit and other details. we are around 50 people using vodafone here as we had taken postpaid cug connections. Now we are thinking of Porting to other network with better service,Try to solve this.Reply as soon as possible.

I am sauvik singha .staying at patia,bhubaneswar . sir i am very much unhappy and unsatisfied with vodaphone service.
From last 20 days in our area vodaphone network is very weak .line is disconnecting within 1 or 2 minutes and the voice is not clear .I have activated a promo of 249 .but i cannot enjoy its facility so i requested them to extend my promo validity but they oppose me . so i give complaint to customer executive,nodal officer but the problem yet not resolved .so i want help from you .plz make arrangement to increase my promo validity for one month and resolve the problem within 1 or 2 days.otherwise give me my money back of the promo 249, i will change the connection.

AS PER OUR TALK AND COMPLAIN FOR NETWORK TO YOUR NETWORK TEAM , THE PERSON INSPECTED THE SITE AND FOUND THE NEED TO INSTALL BOOSTER AND ALSO VISITED AT OUR RESIDENCES ADDRESS AS BELOW , WE ARE HAVING WEAK NETWORK LAST 5-6 MONTH , WE HAVE TO GO NEAR THE WINDOW AND TALK , WE ARE STAYING AT 6 th FLOOR , THIS IS AFFECTING OUR BUSINESS , AND NOW WE HAVE STARTED TO OUR NEW OFFICE OPPOSITE TO OUR RESIDENCE AT GROUND FLOOR ,THEIR ALSO WE REQUIRE THE BOOSTER URGENTLY DURING OFFICE HOURS , WE HAVE MADE REPEATED LY EFFORTS TO YOUR COUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE , KINDLY HELP WITH SAME AS THEY SAY A NEW CELL SITE WOULD TAKE 4-5 MONTH , PL TRY TO INSTALL IMMEDIALTY THE BOOSTER .

Vodafone — Network Problem on my mobile phone

I have been facing network problem at my residence and informed customer care (111) about the same. They requested 10 days time to resolve the matter, however even after 10 days when I did not feel even a marginal improvement, I called up customer care again just to know that it will take 3 months time to resolve the matter. I was totally unsatisfied and called their complaint helpline (198) for the same issue. They asked me 48 hours time to resolve the matter and next day an engineer from Vodafone visited my residence to check the problem himself and was agreed that there is a definite problem. Today again after 48 hours I called complaint helpline, and to my wonder I hear the same response that is 3 months time to resolve the matter.
My concern is that should I customer wait for 3 months or just switch over to some other subscriber.
If somebody is hearing my voice then I would like to quote the request numbers that I received from both the helplines and they are [protected] and [protected].

I am using Hutch(Vodafone) mobile from more than 2 years in village-khatana, dadri, gautam buddha nagar in NCR. But from last one year i'm facing more network and roming problem with vodafone. I gave complaint so many times, even though the Vodafone people did not rectify the problem.I am non single person there are lot of people who facing tthis problem. From last 1 year i am suffering from the problem of network connectivity. i Lodge the complaint several times, But no action is still taken by them, his problem arieses afterr HUTCH taken by VODAFONE .. i am Disappointed.

Vodafone — network problem

Respected sir, i am one of the vodafone customer. my no is [protected]. following are the complaints.
1. i am facing a net work problem. when i called do some body, while if i enter into any building call will be disconnected. i am facing this problem from one and half month. i complaint sevaral time no one responding. they have taken somany days for solving this problem. still again i complaint on sunday through vodafone store center. but again i have the same problem. when its disconnected it will shows networking problem.
2. i recharge amount of Rs.231/- on[protected]. my customize offer is full talk time and 23rs extra amount credited to yours account. but it credited to only 79.43. the remaing amount not credited i asked to customer care regarding that problem. they telling that with in 48 hrs the amount will be credited. but they have taken another extra 12 hr next day they credited only 127rs.. but actually they should credit 152.57 + 23 extra amount pleas see that. the transaction id is KK[protected].

It’s very much same full and painful to writ you as you are cheating with your old and honest & punctual customer for no reason under following and points.
01 we are using your cug connection since no of year
02 My oldest no is almost 10 years old(so you understand our strong and long association with you)
03 We have started our new office at Bharuch and we have opt your service for good result
04 We have used your service at least for 01 year without any problem and hesitation
05 Suddenly after one year we have faced network problem in our same location where we are using your service from day one.
06 We have launch complain to your Vodafone store as well as your customer care (111)
07 After 3 month and 15reminder there was no action or related reply from your end.
08 Suddenly one day your technical person from Baroda has visited our office and jotted down all our problems with hi consolation.
09 Even after 4 month of his visit there were no solutions and we are forced to rush out of our office for each and every calls (because of this we have lost following which list has been forwarded to consumer court for further action)
a. 01 We lost many inquire which are very much potential for our business and further growth
b. 02 We lost our customer relation because of your poor service
c. 03 We lost many order as our entire business are dependable on cell
d. 04 We lost our temperament because of your poor service hence we have lost at least 14 prestige’s customer from our clientele list
e. 05 And deliberately mentality harassment due to poor service
10 Above all and even after my 72 reminders there is no reply from anybody of your organization except consolation mail (Auto generated)
11 During this we come to know about portability and we are trying to transfer our all connection with other vendors for which you people have rejected at least our 50% request and mansion that the number is under contractual obligations ???
Even after this till date we are facing same problem .

Special : Now you pls guide us in this case what will be next line of action from us.
