[Resolved] Vodafone — Number not activated after payment | |||
Few months back I converted my prepaid Vodafone number , [protected], into postpaid. Then started my billing cycle, but one day when I got the internet pack on this number , all problems started. Inspite of deducting my net pack for the usage I was doing, it got started deducting from the main account, as if there was no internet pack was activated. That cost me around 3000 rupees. I went to Vodafone store and they were not able to help me regarding this issue. I decided not to use this number anymore. One day a man named ‘Sushil Garg’ from ‘Prime Care Business Solutions’ on behalf of their client M/s Vodafone Essar Mobile Services Ltd. called me saying that we can do a settlement on the bill till date. I agreed to do so. He came to my house on 26th of January and explained me that if I pay a negotiable amount my number will get started within 48 hours and all the last credit will be removed. On 27th of January the same person came and was ready to do the settlement on 2500 rupees. I gave him a cheque of 2500 rupees in favour of Vodafone. After 2-3 days my cheque was cashed by Vodafone, but till now my services have not been restored. I have tried calling Sushil Garg on his mobile number but he is not picking up now. I also visited Vodafone Store , sector 18 Noida, but inspite of helping me they are saying now that I have to pay 1500 more. So that’s the main concern of this email. If I was promised a settlement at rupees 2500 why they are now increasing it by 1500 more. Remmeber , that I was promised that I was only paying 2500 to clear all my bills till date. But even after 2 weeks of payment, my number is not active. I am not at all happy with the services. I want my number activated as soon as possible, because I am in a heavy financial loss because of Vodadone and going through mental stress. So I request you to take the responsibility to look into the case and also give me a positive feedback.
