[Resolved] Vodafone — not able to make isd calls | |||
I am not able to make international calls form my Vodafone prepaid mobile of Delhi-NCR region. The problem started since 10-mar-13. I called customer care on 13-mar-13 and they said that there is no problem from their side, and i should try my sim in another phone. I tried that but still the problem persists. I again called customer care on 14-mar-13, but I was rudely told by Ms. Vandana that there is no problem and I shall just go to Vodafone outlet and get my sim checked. It is not possible for me to leave office and go to outlet. the closing time clashes with my office time. and I am suffering huge problems due to no ISD facility. please help.
