[Resolved]  Vodafone — Worst Service by Vodafone (Breach of TRAI, Indian Consumer Forum & Central Defence Ministry Rules).

I had opted for 2 corporate connections ([protected], [protected]):
- On the same date (Check in Oracle for veracity)
- By the same Sales Executive (Check in Oracle for veracity)
- With the same Corporate rental Plan (Rs. 99/- month Rental)
- With the same documents (Company ID card, Pan card Xerox etc)

Then what’s the point in barring the outbound service for Mobile # [protected] due to negative verification while one connection was activated ?

If I’m correct & understands a bit about your sales and activation procedure then verification is done by companies to see :
- whether applied customer really exist or not?
- whether applied customer’s doc’s are genuine & to verify also.
- Whether applied customer is fraud or not?
- To be sure that applied customer is genuine to pay the bills or not?
- To gain faith that customer is genuine in all mandatory slabs as essentials to sale & activate the connection.

1. When all the above criteria’s are fulfilled duly by me on the other connection ([protected]) then what’s your profit in to harass the customer by closing his services for more then week’s time.

2. Why your Call center executive’s had given fake commitment of reverification to be done with in max. upto 72 hrs.? I had placed the request on 6/03/2011 at approx. 21:00 hrs to Mr. Harender. Request # was [protected]. Even after continuous follow up, I was given consolation of reverification very soon & within 72 hrs & was asked to have patience.
Reverification can only be dreamt of, I died waiting for a single call as atleast someone would call to confirm my address.

3. Finally, I took leave on 09/03/2011 specially for this reverification, then the whole day I was waiting but customer’s time never means anything to VODAFONE.

4. I got your Nodal officer (SUSHMA’s) contact number [protected]. It was also informed to me that she is the officer for the whole North India (Vodafone). After getting the number, I dialed once, then twice then thrice then hundreds and then thousands times but still wasn’t able to connect her so I wanna know as do I need to dial lakhs or crores times to connect to her?????????
Ultimately, I called up all my friends, children and old people & asked them to dial with their cell phones but even after they continuously tried from 1400 hrs to 1800 hrs no one out of minimum dialing group of 10 people were able to speak to her.
And response………..subscriber dialed is busy.

That means our honourable Nodal officer was either assisting one customer for continuous four hours or the BPO’s standard reply “ as due tosome technical reason I’m unable to assist”. Else problem lies with my all family & friends cell phones or network operators that they always gave us standard reply of subscriber being busy.

5. Why your call center executives always compelled me to write mail only to her. What if I won’t be having the resources then should I be assuming this response as disrespect from Vodafone.

6. Call center Senior Executive, THE GREAT “Mr. ANIL” when asked the reason of delay in reverification disconnected the call not once but twice. Then “ZIMMY” the “HERCULES LIER”, he told me for call back by Vodafone with in next 4 hrs on my call prior to 1300 hrs(09/03/2011) to customer care & again I didn’t received that. He mentioned in his remarks that he guided me to visit to Vodafone store, this was his statement but where the hell are mine statements when I told him that i was sick also & won’t visit anywhere then why didn’t this fellow mentioned this. Why the hell field executive wasn’t arranged for reverification?

7. When asked reason of not doing the verification on time, Senior executives reply that information is not updated in their systems. When asked the reason of fake commitment then a very beautiful reply that VODAFONE IS NOT MEANT ONLY FOR ME.

I want the reason as how dare Mr. Harish (Senior Executive) to say above statement to me?

I want the explanation as for whom VODAFONE is meant for?

8. TRAI RULES BREACHED BY VODAFONE: For the verification of my new mobile number ([protected]), NO VERIFICATION WAS CONDUCTED AS NOBODY VISITED MY RESIDENCE To VERIFY ME where in the remarks updated on the Vodafone software on my profile are “ Field executive met with my mother & verified my credentials. Very surprisingly my mother and father are staying 200 kms far away from my current address of Gurgaon. That means either the Field executive visited 200 kms away to my permanent address & verified my parents else he found one more Inderjeet with the same details somewhere in Gurgaon.

I will show proofs if required, to confirm duly as no body visited

The Verification which wasn’t even done was made positive & connection was activated also immediately. That means VODAFONE is the company violating the rules of INDIAN CONSTITUTION, CONSUMER FORUM, TELECOM REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF INDIA & ALSO CENTRAL DEFENCE MINISTRY OF INDIA.

- Due to above description why not to launch case against VODAFONE for forgery, against PREVENTION OF TERRORISM ACT (POTA) as if I’m understanding correct then in this way VODAFONE is giving connections to terrorists, Maoists & militants etc.

I’m awaiting for a descriptive reply on all this matter?

Vodafone is the worst mobile service provider in India. This company should not be allowed to operate.

My name is Pankaj Pardesi, and my numbers are [protected] and [protected].

I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received and the issues I have faced in the last 3 days with my number [protected].

On Saturday, 29th June 2013 I went to the Vodafone store at bund garden Road, near wadia college at around 11:30 am. I placed a request to activate a data plan on the number which costs Rs.98/- for 600MB. I was told at the store that the plan will be activated in 4 hours. I got the GPRS settings message after 5 hours on the phone so I started using the internet.

I was not getting the speed hence I called the Vodafone Care and spoke to a person called Shivaji, to my surprise I found out that the data plan/GPRS is not been activated as yet. He said he can see a request and it will be activated by next day 12:30 max (Sunday). *** He also told me that for the internet usage I made I will be charged at a different price as the package is not been activated****. I dispute this and I refuse to pay anything extra money for this as I was given a 4 hour time to have this resolved.

I was told by the person I spoke to on Saturday, that I will get a confirmation message once the data plan is activated. On Sunday, I called and spoke to another person he said that its not been activated as it’s a weekend. “”this is that the system doesn’t work on a weekend and needs an off on a Sunday””. I was given a TAT again for the service to be activated on Monday 12:30 AM.

I called an spoke to an advisor again, told him about the activation of Data Plan he said this can’t be completed because I would need to send an email to the corporate mail id. I was unhappy about this and asked him for a waiver for the internet charges mentioned above in the email. He said he can’t do this, then he kept me on hold to speak to his manager and came back and said will activate the service and I don’t have to send an email (WHAT IS HAPPENING).

I asked for a supervisor and was transferred to a Pathetic Person name “Promod”. He definitely has left notes on my account. I told him my concern, he just kept me on hold for more than 25 minutes and didn’t do anything he said the service should have been activated but its not, this has really aggravated my anger, to top it up after 40 minutes he hung up on me as well.

Now I called back to prove my stupidity for being a VODAFONE CUSTOMER, I spoke to another person called nagesh and asked him to give him promod’s full name so that I can complain. He kept me on hold for 15 minutes again came back and denied to do this and HE EVEN HUNG UP (where is the customer service in a customer care).

I think I have lost a lot of time almost 3 days now and I want this to be resolved, I want a waiver of my charges for the number [protected], I also want an apology from Vodafone for this level of service and finally Promod’s (the supervisor) needs to be out of Vodafone, as he has proved that VODAFONE doesn’t respect their customer at all.

I then called after 1 hour and spoke to Sachin Bhalerao he first said that on Saturday the request was not taken at all for activating the service. I need to send an email to activate the service, they do not accept a phone call to make changes to the plan (this was never heard).

This was ridiculous and maddening to me how can so many people lie at the same time and give wrong information.

This is to inform you that I am Lakhwinder Bachan from Amritsar..My phone number is [protected]..
On 04/04/2014 I was in New Delhi, In the morning I got my number recharged of Rs100 by Vodafone network...I receive Rs.86 from it then I active roaming service from Vodafone..As in confidential level I thought that Vodafone company must started my roaming service...but as i receive a call in roaming my amount was deducted...I tried again for roaming service my money was deduct again for roaming charge...I was not able to understand that if I active the roaming service then why I was being charged to attending my calls in roaming...


Kindly resolve my issue and get back my balance back to me please...I am waiting for your positive revert back...Logic is why cheating with peoples like this way...Vodafone is the worst mobile service provider in India. This company should not be allowed to operate.
