Vodafone Online Recharge — Amount deducted but recharge not done

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have recharged Mob No. [protected] via my hdfc bank credit card no xxxxxxxxxxxx3777 through Freecharge on 9th July 2012 for Rs. 124/-. Amount has been debited to my credit card but recharge has not been done nor any order no. & any other ref No. given.

pls resolve the issue as earliest.
