[Resolved] Vodafone — Heavy Bill Charged | |||
> Hi, I am using Vodafone mobile no: [protected] from last three years. Last month I have activated the VMC 2GB pack @125 per month rental. I have used this service on my handset. But when I checked my bill I found that I have been heavily charged for Vodafone Live! Service which I never activated. I do not understand how I have been charged for this service when I have not used this. when i contacted customer care they said the vodafone live service is activated from April 2010 onwards. In my mobile bill of Dec i saw that for first two days all the network traffic has been routed through vodafone mobile connect, but after that the network traffic has been routed through vodafone live. i did not alter any setting on my device. i do not know how they did this. when i contacted them, they are not giving me any explanation. please look in the matter.
