[Resolved]  Vodafone — deducted my balance using 14 Bonus

Hi my name is loganathan i have used vodafone 14 rupees internet bonus,
but it was not working properly i activated 14 bonus at 2.28 pm on[protected], i did't receive confirmation message so i called to customer care he said u will receive with in 5 hrs, so i waited 5 hrs after 5 hrs i called again. that time she told wait sir i will check and activate with in 1 hrs.i said its ok i will wait mam. am waiting up to 10.30pm and i browse suddenly my balance deduced( -23.66) that time i have 7.11rs before ha she one told ur account activated at 4.45 pm sir so u can browse nu. thats only i browse. but[protected] morning i recharge my account activation message that time ony i received so what we know about thay spokes all are liying. one more complaint is whatever i called to customer care from my number and one more vodafone number that numbers are all blocked to call to customer care and 198. i want solution about vodafone network they are all forgery persons it was cheating. so i have register my complainted here also to local police station.
