Disruptive Service

Dear sir/Madam,

Vodafone Services are getting worse day by day.I had applied for mobile live services, in the month of may, app 25 days back,there was no reply from their end , and one fine day I get to know that services have been enabled without any prior notification to the comsumer,when i raised a concern,my number was barred.This is so so humiliating, Is this the way of providing service to the consumer?
The ruthless response from the customer care numbers is adding stars to the situation.
Please assist as I need to reactivate my number .
