[Resolved]  Vodafone - Postpaid — Customer Care/Harrasment

1. It is impossible to speak with customer care rep of Vodafone. You are put on hold forever if you call[protected].
2. I have been having my number for 2 years and they woke up all of a sudden demanding my ID and address proofs! They withdrew CLIP but continued to charge for it. And since you cannot talk to anybody in Vodafone you cannot resolve it!
3. In the Customer Agreement Form, they ask information which they MUST NOT such as the type of vehicles owned, bank account number, type of handset, credit card number etc. This is viloation of privacy. The information is probably for selling mailing list. Somebody needs to file a public interest litigation against Vodafone.
