[Resolved]  Vodafone Postpaid — Rude behaviour of customer care executive and not complying with request for address changed

sir, I am using Vodafone postpaid connection Number-[protected] wef 11/04/2007 on 21/03/2009 i requested Vodafone Store Karolbagh for change of my address with rent agreement but nothing is done again on 02/06/2009 i repeated request on net on 05/06/2009 which is in their record as per Mr Diwaker-Customer care executive whom i spoken on 14/06/2009 at 10.15 PM But nothing has been done so far.Further the same day i spoken to another executive Mr Sikender over phone on cutomer care number
This fellow was very rude to me and do not know how to talk or behave with customer over phone being a customer care executive.I have many complains in my bills but he (Mr Sikender) neither gave me any proper response but forcing me every time that vodafone never do this it is your (i.e mine) fault. I am enclosing you my complains in details which is more understandable to you They keep on adding new charges in bill without intimating their customer also they send wrong bills Due to bad network also the customer is charged several times for one numbers Why for these all things customer should suffer. and when a customer wants to clarify any thing from vadafone is it not the duty of them to given us details of services that when i have started and for what i have been billed ? If the customer do not have this right from Vodafone i feel they should not mis inform or mis guide their customer.
I feel you will look in to the matter and do the need ful as to why this is happening with vodafone for delay in change of address a customer can not do anything to them but non receipt of bill and delay in payments vadafone has all the right to disconnect the facility and levy the late payment charges. This is realy very rediculous and not justified.
