[Resolved]  Vodafone Postpaid — Harrasment and threatning call by Vodafone

After six months of disconnection of Mobile No. [protected], i received a threating call from Delhi Police Commisioner on the 3rd December afternoon, that he has an arrest warrant in my name and will come to arrest me at 6pm. He gave me the
number of an Advocate J.R. Mishra [protected]. he asked me to call him and try to settle the matter or else he will get the cops in front of my home in the evening. i was petrified and terrified and fainted at the very first thought of it.
When my colleagues in office called the advocate, he asked to pay an amount of 2510/- immidiately and send across a mail with the bill receipt to address [protected]@vodafone.com
i requested for a dissconnection of my number on the 2nd of June as i got a job in Bangalore and had to move from Delhi. My account also showed a bill plan change which i never requested for. they made me pay 2510/- against an outstanding of 2380/-(i got to know this when i went at Vodafone and checked my account)
I am 21years old and a Low BP patient, who is staying alone in Bangalore without family for the first time in my entire life. the kind of threatening that they gave me could taken life out of me. I in the past six months never received any reminder of any outstanding bill . because i cleared all the payments before getting the number dissconneted(they dont dissconnet without clearing the dues!!!) . my current number is [protected], i request you to take some action, as i am still not over the whole senario. you can understand how it must have been for a person who has never even seen a police station apart from in movies.

Vodafone Postpaid Connection — stopped my outgoing calls

Dear Sir/Madam,
I've got a postpaid connection for vodafone right from the time it was BPL, n still continuing. My complaint is they have stopped my outgoing calls immediately after the due date of payment of bill. Whereas they charge 100/-(Rs. One hundred ) as late payment charge, if the bill is paid after the due date. Then why did they discontinue my outgoing calls. And I want to know their policy regarding the same. Its so hurting & humiliating. I would like you to take up the matter & inform me at the earliest. Thanx.

I am kuldeep Sharma, using vodafone no.[protected] for the last around 1.6 years..everymonth i am paying average bill of 1000 rupees & late payment fee too ..i don't have any problem with late payment fee, but i am paying this still everytime u stop may outgoing..i am paying late coz i gets my salary on 7 & i pays by 8th of every month..why u doing so...this is not done that u ll charge late fee & will deactivate my out going...this time 1 pre recorded msg has been set that waste my time before every outgoing call..remove this now or loose ypur 1 customer who have 4 vodafone connections...i ll break the all 4 sim cards & will start to use some another companies connection..i alresdy have all companies connection..

NOw u decide what to do...U have 5 hours to take any action..

Vodafone — Generating bills against and giving court notices..

Sir/Madam,
With due respect I would like to file a complaint against Vodafone Services. My friend was using their connection some time back but then sent a bill of hefty amount of Rs. 8500or so and suddenly the connection got disconnected. They told him to pay the amount of Rs. 2000 to settle the bill. He paid it. Now they are again asking for Rs. 5000 to settle the account. As students we don't have that amount to pay them. They are telling that they will launch a case in Tis Hazari court claiming Rs. 15000 by today afternoon. Please help us so that we can get away from the games of these big fishes..

Vodafone Postpaid — harrasment to customer

I am ravi paradkar having vodafone connection no [protected] [protected] and being harrased since three months because of wortheless function of the vodafone . I am using two no for my business purpose and taken in same series for my benifit .up to one year there was no issues at all later my [protected] no started giving lots of problem as well other un wanted charges was also included for the service which i did not used.So i did not paid the amount and requested vodafone people to sort the issue clearify the bill and collect the amount . there was no responce for almost 3 months , they use to call only for pending bill and and reply was same clearify the bill and collect the amount.Later they stoped my other no [protected] though i was paying the bill regularly to the company . Till date they are not doing to sort out the problem and i am suffering for non of my fault

to day one collection person comes for collection ,i asked him to produce bill he behaved in very bad manners he put me on to call center exe she also behaved in very bad manners

i am doing business and ph is my life line i am making losses due to unefficient work from voda fone pls guide me to go to which forem where i will get the justice and law should punish this company for harrasing the consumer

Vodafone Postpaid — Wherever you go, Vodafone's abysmal services follow

I am writing this only as a last resort having been appalled at the services being meted out by Vodafone consistently in the last few months!

It seems the circle or the connection type is no bar for the poor standard of services being provided by Vodafone and we have to suffer equally dismal quality of services whether in Mumbai, Kolkata or Indore.

I applied for a new connection on 7th September at the A.B. Road, Indore Vodafone store and was assured activation of the connection on priority by 8th itself. 2 days are over and I am yet to get the services activated. (The services finally got activated on 14th September)

I also had a pending complaint against my Mumbai postpaid connection wherein I hade made a payment of Rs.1250 by S.B.I. cheque no. 846729, dated 27th August & drawn on my Mother’s account with SBI, Bangur Avenue, Kolkata branch).

The cheque had been cleared by the bank on 29th August and the amount deducted from the account vide transaction no. INST T 84629.

Since the last 2 days, my Mumbai no. is also deactive stating non – payment of the bill and exceeding of credit limit, even though the bill payment and cheque details had also been confirmed on the payment reminder calls being made from the no.[protected].

I am now waiting to take this up with the Corporate admin teams and share the feedback on the deficient services from Vodafone and suspend/cancel out our existing corporate connection tie ups across our regional offices with Vodafone and promote other service providers instead to our employees for new/existing connections.

Latest Update -
Even though I have not recd any response to my mail below, my Mumbai no. was activated temporarily and later disconnected again.

As per my last bill generated on 11th Sep’09, I have an outstanding of INR 5357.27 which includes a 100Rs. LATE PAYMENT FEES.
Needless to say, Vodafone ads should say “WHEREVR YOU GO, OUR BAD SERVICE FOLLOWS!”
sir pls disconnect my postpaid connection because i had lost my mobile on 02/09/2009 so pls kindly disconnect that no. details of the no-[protected]

Vodafone — regarding scam by executive in post connection

sir i p.ashish raj from hyderabad city... 3 months ago i got a call from vodafone with the number [protected] stating that there is a plan to convert prepaid to postpaid by paying amount of rs.350/-,, and i said im interested with this.. the executive informed me that he will be coming next morning for documents.,, and i submiited all the documents and payed the amount of 350/-... 2 days later the verification is done..and atlast my application had been rejected due to some problems in verification,,,,so my postpaid is cancelled... so wat about my money now i want my money back...im calling this number [protected] daily but she is not at all lifting the phone and there is no response.... this is very ridiculous very bad service by vodafone.... so take an action on that number and return my amount as soon as possible so please make in favour of me....
