[Resolved]  Vodafone Postpaid — Harrasment and threatning call by Vodafone

After six months of disconnection of Mobile No. [protected], i received a threating call from Delhi Police Commisioner on the 3rd December afternoon, that he has an arrest warrant in my name and will come to arrest me at 6pm. He gave me the
number of an Advocate J.R. Mishra [protected]. he asked me to call him and try to settle the matter or else he will get the cops in front of my home in the evening. i was petrified and terrified and fainted at the very first thought of it.
When my colleagues in office called the advocate, he asked to pay an amount of 2510/- immidiately and send across a mail with the bill receipt to address [protected]@vodafone.com
i requested for a dissconnection of my number on the 2nd of June as i got a job in Bangalore and had to move from Delhi. My account also showed a bill plan change which i never requested for. they made me pay 2510/- against an outstanding of 2380/-(i got to know this when i went at Vodafone and checked my account)
I am 21years old and a Low BP patient, who is staying alone in Bangalore without family for the first time in my entire life. the kind of threatening that they gave me could taken life out of me. I in the past six months never received any reminder of any outstanding bill . because i cleared all the payments before getting the number dissconneted(they dont dissconnet without clearing the dues!!!) . my current number is [protected], i request you to take some action, as i am still not over the whole senario. you can understand how it must have been for a person who has never even seen a police station apart from in movies.

i am using vodafone postpaid number is [protected] madhya pradesh jabalpur from last nov 2008 my plan is 199 min free in home circle and i also have 30 rs sms pack and 75 rs vodafone to vodafone free pack activated from 7 of may 2009 my problem is vodafone charges me from my 199 min first then they discount from final amount which affects my 199 min first and i dont get benifit of 199 mins...please help?

VODAFONE, Mobile connection — Unsolicited selling by service provider

My VODAFONE Mobile number is [protected].I am From Kolkata. Yeaterday I received a promo call from VODAFONE for ring tone activation.Immidiately after reciving the call Rs.45 was deducted from my balance without any conformation from my end.Customer care informed me that I must have pressed a botton (which I did not) and it cannot be reversed. This is happening with many persons known to me. It is a clear case o[censored]nsolicited selling and illigal.These service providers have started cheating their customer in every way. I wonder, How a company with a license for providing service can do tele marketing and sell products over telephone?

vodafone/postpaid connection — New Postpaid Connection

HI,

I called to Vodafone customer care no.([protected]) on 4/11/09 to get the new postpaid connection.Customer care executive gave me lots of new number out of these i choose [protected].As per the commitment they blocked that number for me.The i filled application form for the same and field representive mention that number in the form also.

I have choose advance rental plan of 998 for 1year.I given a cheque also amount of 1000rs.Now problem is that which no. they given to me it's already activated.Other person is using that no.([protected]).Today morning i called to customer care to clear that thing but they are not aware about that,this no. is activated to some other person which is very unbelievable.

They commited me you will get a call for clarifaction but till now not recieved any call from vodafone.I have reciept and application form copy also where that number is written.Plz solve my query ASAP.

IDEA postpaid connection — suspension of services even after paying the bill

Services of my number has been suspended for the last two days even my payment has been done. after giving so many call to idea customer care they have not been able to resolve the issue. pathetic customer services. I hope that number portability come soon and i will kick this operator at any cost.
