DEAR SIR, I PURCHASED VODAFONE POST PAID CONNECTION UNDER 999 SCHIME ON 09/03/2008 DELIVERED AT MY HOME BY AOUTHORISED AGENT OF VODAFONE M/S INTOUCH SOLUTION PVT LTD AGAINST PAYMENT OF RS 1000.00( RECEIPT NO 22699 DATED 09/03/2008). TILL THREE DAYS CONNECTION WAS NOT ACTIVATED . WHEN I ASKED THE REASON FOR DELAY, I WAS TOLED THAT MY MAILING ADDRESS WOULD BE VERIFIED BY FODAFONE EXECUTIVE . THEREAFTER ONE WEEK ELAPSED AND CONNECTION WAS NOT ACTIVATED, WITH GREAT DEFFICULTY WHEN I CONTACTED VODAFONE CARE, I WAS TOLED THAT YOUR ADDRESS VERIFICATION HAS BEEN REPORTED NEGATIVE BY VODAFONE EXECUTIVE WHO VISITED MY HOUSE . MY HOUSE ADDRESS IS OMAX -RPS GREEN VALLY, ASTER 201, FARIDABAD . THIS FLAT IS OWNED BY ME AND TILL TO DAY I AM STAYING HERE ONLY . AFTER ENQURY FROM SECURITY STAFF OF OUR COMPLEX I WAS REPORTED THAT NO EXECUTIVE OF VODAFONE HAD VISITED EVEN IN MY ABSENCE . MEAN WHILE I GOT FADEUP WITH FALSE PROMISES OF FODAFONE CARE EXECUTIVES AND DECIDED TO SURRENDER THE UNACTIVATED CONNECTION, WITH APPLICATION OF REFUND OF TOTAL AMOUNT OF RS 1000.00 REFUND REQUEST WAS REGISTERED IN VODAFONE COMPUTER FROM VODAFONE STORES NIIT FARIDABAD ON 12/04/ 2008 . I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE REFUND CHEQUE INSPITE OF SEVERAL REMINDERS TO VODAFONE CARE Was this information helpful? | |
