I wanted to activated Zero Rental GPRS on my Vodafone Mobile Number, for which I had raised a request by calling the call center. They then instructed me to forward a message ACT VL to 111. I did accordingly. I was surprised to see a rental amount of 49 Rs in my bill for that month. I called up the customer care who then explained me that instead of a Zero Rental Plan a Vodafone Live @ 49 plan has been activated. Also since it has been activated only for 10 days the amount cant be reversed back to me.
This information was provided to me a person name Kiran Kumar (Supervisor: Anish) from the Vodafone Customer Care center.
Also since now the new billing cycle has already started, for this ongoing month also I would be charged a whole 49Rs, which is completely insane.
Vodafone has cheated me in activating a 49Rs GPRS Rental plan when I wanted to activate a Zero Rental One..and to top it all I will be charged for 2 months and would not get any reversal.
Please assist me in same.
