[Resolved]  Vodafone Prepaid — False billing

Hi, I have been using vodafone prepaid service in Kolkata from last 18 months. Recently, from 2 or 3 months, I am observing that the company is billing the prepaid customers falsily and earning in crores. Let me explain the situation. When, I complete a call in 58 seconds, I should be charged only 1 unit pulse rate.My unit charge is 1 rupee. So, it should be charged 1 rupee for the last call. But, I am getting the call summary from vodafone as "Your last call charges for the number 'xxxxxxxxxxxxx' for 60 seconds is Rs.2." This is happening to me for every call. i.e... for every call, u r being charged for 2 extra seconds. Due to this, I used to loose around some 10 or 15 rupees a month. This does not matters to me. But this matters when u count all the customers' accounts which yields crores of rupees for vodafone per month. This should not happen. I have already complained several times to customer care. But, no response. they used to say that I had talked for 1 minute where I talked for 58 seconds. So, I request you to take necessary action against the company.
