Sir, The company people had barred my outgoing msgs,calls and gprs facility even after submitting the necessary documents twice to Vodafone office in my city. Vodafone — Prepaid Deactivated twice
Hi,I am using [protected] Vodafone prepaid number. I didn't use mobile for 5 months so it is deactivated as per norms. I asked them to reissue the SIM they did it. after using for 10 days, again it is deactivated. I got msg submit the documents but I submitted the documents twice in the Vodafone store itself. still they deactivated my number..unable to call even AP customer care number as I am in Chennai...I was using this number for my official communication..faced many issues...
I would like to register a complaint in the consumer court..pls help me on this..
